Cesar. I was having the worst day because I found out my mom needed emergency surgery so I was rushing to get to Scottsdale and stopped for a glass of wine. (Or two) I realize I was late for my flight and ran to my gate. I of course left my laptop there. Thank you for reporting it because I was screwed if not. Somehow the laptop ended up at my gate and an attendant brought it to me. Great service. Great man and great vibes. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Bubbles is a great place in terminal 3 in O'Hare airport to grab a specialty glass of wine or champagne. While this location can get pretty busy because it is high traveled area in terminal 3, the staff here have always been friendly, quick and accommodating. I like to stop here for a snack and a drink when I travel for business..

Listen, you can always obtain a fabulous glass of wine at any location in any town or city. But, finding seasoned service with the charisma Cesar brings is unobtainable.40 years as a bartender in this airport is an incredible feat. Made one of the best old fashions I’ve ever had. Watching him work is witnessing a veteran mixologist at work. 10/10 would recommend stopping in for a drink!

Juan is a treasure and this is a great place to get a drink before your flight. They let you bring in other food too... Protip is ordering a Cuban from Tortas Frontera to pair with your wine.

Ordered a glass of wine first and than saw that they had Tito's so I ordered a double Tito's and cranberry. Wow, did Juan take care of me. I am always cautious when getting doubles at an airport bar but this is the place to go. Juan is truly thee best.

I’m sitting here watching two of the most disconnected service tenders I’ve ever seen at O’hare .. They ignore travelers they do not greet anyone and if you want a second be prepared to Wait!!!!! This is the ignore part!I can go on and on but good grief don’t stop here…

Good service. Great bar options while you wait for your flight. Seating is usually tight, so prepare for a "standing room only" situation. Overall, the drinks are well worth it. Cheers! __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

Cesar is one of the best humans I've ever met. Every time I fly American I look forward to stopping at bubbles and having a drink and chatting with him. He really connects with his clients and remembers people from one trip to the next. In the stressful world of air travel, Cesar is a friendly face and a kind calming presence.

Fabulous stop while waiting for a flight. Joseph is an amazing bartender! Very knowledgeable, friendly and conversational. He makes the bar! Nice chill bar that allows you to bring food to eat. Highly recommend. Thank you Joseph for a great experience!

Would be 5 stars if they put up the fencing other places have. So many people just walk though the bar area as a short cut and it get annoying after the 100th person brushes up against you while you try and chill between flights.

Cute little wine bar in Terminal 3 at O'Hare. I've come here twice now, both times when I had several hours to kill before a flight. The biggest knock against this place is the prices; however, this is the airport and prices are inflated everywhere so if you keep that perspective it's not bad. It's also not super-high quality, but I've always enjoyed what I've had. Seating is limited-there is a bar with about 6-8 stools, and then a couple of high-top tables. If you come at a busy time expect to stand or hover until someone leaves. People do seem to turn over so it you are hovering it probably won't be too long. The bartender, Caesar, is great. He's very attentive and personable without being overbearing. Today I sat down at the bar and pulled out my laptop, right away he pointed out where there was an outlet so I could plug in. He also pulled out a portable speaker (presumably connected to his phone), so he could play some tunes. I got a kick out of the fact that when I noticed he was going to play music he told me I might be too young to enjoy his music (I took that as a compliment, and I know most of the songs he's playing anyway). They only serve wine, no food, but I've seen multiple people grab food from other nearby vendors and bring it here, so that doesn't seem to be an issue. Overall, it's a nice place to sit and chill and enjoy a glass of wine or two. Right next to gate H4 in terminal 3 if you're looking for it!
