James the manager on Washington location isa very helpful respectful person not to mention his kindness and the willingness to help you if he see You're having trouble and need help I live in the suburbs , I come out to the city because I know no I can get get a peace of mind while I clean my car and they wash my car great experience thanks James ☺️

They gave me a monthly pass that was blank n it comes out my account but not attached to my tag in my car they gave me the run rounds saying people was gone call me back n never did never got a resolution so I had to call my bank and dispute it due to it coming out my account for two months wit no car washes DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!
