The food was very hot and fresh. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Onion rings were a bit too salty. Whopper and the royal spicy crispy chicken was really good. The fact that they were going to charge me for an extra zesty sauce when I ordered a large onion ring was ridiculous. But the cashier gave me 2 in the end, granted I asked for 3.

All is good, typical BK place. But wished they accepted offers/deals. Not sure why not, but only BK I go by and often decides me choosing to eat elsewhere for better deals. I love BK, avoid McD, but even McD nearby has deals. Also, I order Whopper and asked if with cheese and loaded. Original Whopper doesn't need to be asked how eaten,or I'd pick that option. Is annoying, often I get wrong one given to me.

I understand that franchise investments have the perks of already knowing the game plan before they're opened, so I can see why somebody would want a Burger King near a Metra station. But good gawd, if you are not catching a Metra already, it is PAINFULLY hard to find this place. Even without the construction, my GPS just about allowed me to walk 10,000 steps just crossing random streets between Randolph and Michigan trying to get here. I assumed the construction was the problem, but it's not. This place is buried inside of a building, down two flights of stairs and in a corner after walking through the halls. I was trying to waste time and get breakfast before heading to the Daley Center, and I passed by so many restaurants trying to get here. I almost gave up, but I really wanted an egg and cheese Croisssanwich and don't have the best experiences with my neighborhood ones. I went in another company building to ask where the Burger King was, and an employee strolled in with a bag. It was raining outside and he didn't look drenched, so I knew it could not have possibly been that far. The service was OK. It wasn't spectacular or anything worth recommending, but it was cool. I really wish there was more signage on the building to make it easier to find. Food was good though! My main complaint is this location does the same thing as another neighborhood location used to do. They rip off the top so you can't see the address or the store number. What's the point of giving us surveys if we can't fill out the store number?

Very slow service, the lady was washing windows then stopped and finished making my order, never washed her hands or used gloves.
