Ok. So, this location has lots of great items. And is more organized than some other locations me and my family have visited. However, customer service is why I dropped the stars to a two. I am here with my family, and I myself am injured. It's hard to walk. And I need to use the bathroom. I ask four employees of the store. This includes the LP. And no one wants to let me in. First one stated. I need to find someone on the floor for all that. The second one said she can't leave post. The male by the escalators (who was on the phone in a call and was still on the clock) state "we do not have public restrooms." But they do and I pointed it out. I am not going to ever lie. So yes I was rude. Because when you are rude, you get rude. just giving out the same energy back. And the guy was like "ok I'll let you in this time." And repeated, "we don't have public restrooms." I get inside the restroom..... Hahahahaha y'all wouldn't guess what I see. STALLS!!!! Y'all, ol boy was lying through his teeth. Why do you have stalls if you do not have a public use for the restroom????? Riddle me that. I am considering suing them and I am currently also emailing my two lawyers

I gave it a second chance and shouldn’t have . This is the SECOND time it’s took me 30 + mins just to check out with one or two items . The selection options are few to begin with so it’s not like people are in line with 50 things . 2 registers and no back up is CRAZY. Fool me twice you can’t fool me again . And it’s a shame i like Burlington and other companies similar for cheapier prices but jeez I’ll spend the extra dollar to not spend my entire day in line

I am a big fan of this store and on this trip I made to Chicago twice to buy a lot of things, the first time I went in I had no problem, but the second day the security guard kicked us out of the Burlington, despite having the car full of things that we had to abandon there, because it wouldn't let me be with my dog in the bag. It's a one kilo dog that was in her bag all the time (it was never on the floor) and they told me that they were pets prohibited I have been to many Burlington across the United States and T.J. Max and I have never been prohibited from accessing my dog. In addition, the security was impertinent and unpleasant and gave me disapproving faces for taking a long time to leave the premises, since it took me too long for his liking to put on a coat, scarf and cap and gloves, which also seemed to bother him. I attached a photo of the dog that It bothered the security so much and that's why I and my group were expelled from the store.

Every time I go I end up putting all of my merchandise back because of the long line. No matter what day I go there aren’t enough cashiers. I wish I could buy the things I find but it’s just not worth it to wait most of the time.

They have good things to shop from however the employees are rude ! And they also don't let you use the bathroom . we also got trash bags for our things we purchased since they said they were out of bags , we had to go to tj max to buy a reusable bag since the trash bag broke

I don’t recommend this location there employees are disrespectful and rude. One in particular a women dark skin tone about 6ft tall she had braids a mixture of red and black pretty much threatened me saying “ you don’t wanna see me get mad” she was aggressive rude and just being flat out disrespectful towards me (customer). She also brought up my personal business yelling it aloud for other customers to hear, to embarrass me

This location is customer service is horrible! There are literally about 10 people in front of me but only two cashiers. Do they have managers on duty but this location?
There’s no store cleaning person because there’s a huge spill in the line and no one has a wet floor sign on it. Talk about a safety hazard.. I told the cashier and she told me to wait a second that was a half hour ago!
