My car was still functioning cooling/ heating from drivers side, it was completely gone on my passengers side, before I brought it here just for a diagnostic paid $100, When I picked it up it, I noticed they removed a piece from the unit, drove it on two different days for a while heat never cut on my driver side like it used to now its completely GONE, NO HEAT on either side, Upon calling I got nothing but excuses and contradictions. best advice is DONT COME HERE!
