Byline seems to be struggling as a company, gradually closing all the branches near where I live. Customer service is mediocre in the best of times. According to the app and their website, there is a branch open a couple of miles away. When I arrived, Closed signs are posted. So, I called another branch only to learn they don’t have a drive up window so an appointment is required and you wait in the vestibule until you’re called. I’m in a high risk group and unwilling to take unnecessary chances. Inexcusable that you have call each “open” branch because Byline doesn’t care enough to provide accurate information.

I've been a Byline customer for many years. Every time I come to this branch the tellers are always so short and rude. As if I'm disturbing them. From now on, I'll go the extra distance and go to the Clark location in Uptown. The Uptown staff always says hi and are genuinely happy to see me.

So unprofessional. The woman who has no hair has-been. Miserable to deal with for years . I'd say she has cancer and they feel bad for her but she's not the only miserable person to deal with. I ask for a checking deposit slip n she grunts "eh?" How about "excuse me" like you work in a bank?!not mention she barely speaks English well enough to go to understand what she's saying!

Writing a yelp review of your bank is not the sexiest thing a person can do, but I too feel this bank has been unfairly dinged here. I was sad Byline closed the Andersonville branch, but I have had good experiences with my banking needs at other Byline branches. This Broadway branch is small and personable, no fuss. The tellers are generally very nice and helpful. And you don't get inundated with promotions or advertising either. So, all in all, a very good, non-sexy review of this very good, non-sexy bank.

This location and all other Bylines are so ghetto. I hate it that they bought my good little local Metrobank. Half the time the atms have no money and the other half the touch screen doesn't work. They are trying very hard to give me the motivation to change banks.
