This year they started charging $5 a month for checking, and $3 a month for savings. I didn’t find out until about 6 months later. I originally joined when it was Community Bank of OPRF and the draw was the free checking. Moving to my next bank ASAP.

I've been a Byline Bank member for a couple decades now but this is my first opportunity to visit this branch. Very welcoming staff and quick to sort me out as they had a Notary on duty ready to get me signed and on my way. Really appreciate the service!

Horrible drive-thru service! If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited 45 minutes sandwiched in between two other cars to get to the ATM.

Not friendly and had absolutely no sympathy/empathy. We might be in the end of this pandemic, but people are still struggling and catching up. The person on the phone stated that they have had several calls about reversing overdraft fees and they cannot keep reversing them. A. Yes you can, overdraft fees are 100% profit and the bank makes TONS of extra money off of them. B. MANY people are still catching up as I said. C. I called ahead stating there was going to be an issue with my unemployment coming in 2 days late and if they could excuse the overdraft fees and the answer was YES, however that wasn’t the case with the person on the phone. I’ll be leaving this bank today which won’t have an impact on them but it’s frustrating that in times of absolute need they are being TRASH. Also charging 36$ for a 2$ overdraft is crazy. Chase Bank it is. ?? ✌️

They wanted me to pull down my mask and see the camera. I have never been to a business were I have to pull down my mask. I wanted change for $10 in quarters, I was denied. This place is unprofessional. I will not return.

I have already posted a review of the AWFUL experience I had at this branch with both Manny and Brenda, in addition to the things I have already posted, I was always under the impression that our money is insured (FDIC) how ironic that when I got scammed Manny(bank manager) said that two out of the four transactions that were utilized to take my money were not going to be reimbursed (when he clearly was aware that it was a scam) after being at this bank for 27 years, I would have thought that when in an awful situation which I was in, that the bank would have had my back and reimburse me for everything that was taken, how is it that two of the four transactions were returned but the two highest transactions were denied. I left because if this is how they take care of their customers I want nothing to do with them. This is exactly what Manny told me when I was upset at this news, instead of being helpful, he suggested that I close the account, even over the phone, he very matter of fact attitude. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT OR DO BUSSINESS AT THIS BANK, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU, IF AND WHEN SOMETHING BAD HAPPENS.
