I was visiting from overseas and looking for a coat but needed to try the different sizing. On my first visit, the customer service was good. However, when I returned to make a purchase the lady I had was terrible. I wanted to try the coat on again in the 2XS, but she basically told me that they don’t make coats in that size - even though it was made available to me two weeks prior and the website sells the coat as a 2XS. But I really needed the coat, so now I have one that is too large. It really seems like she was trying to gaslight me about the sizing. I also live somewhere where there isn’t a store so I can’t even do anything about this.

I came in looking for some fall jackets for my girlfriend and I. Sean helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was recommended which sizes and styles to go with and I’m very pleased. If you’re considering buying a Canada Goose, and you’re in the Chicago area, I recommend stopping by this store to see how high quality the products are. Overall great experience!

The store staff is nice but the products are awful. I have bought 2 coats in the last five years, and the fabric of them completely wore and faded after only one season of wearing each. I went back to the CG warranty department thinking there was no way that these coats only last one season and was told this is completely normal. So now I’m stuck with a second coat that costs over $1,000 and it looks like I’ve had it for 10 years. I would recommend purchasing a different brand of coats.

The clerks are friendly and polite.However, I was disappointed that Google's business hours were different from the actual ones.There is a wide selection of products.There are many models that are not sold in Japan.Even if the size is not on display, you can get it from stock.

I’ve called the store 3 days in a row, left voicemails, and sent an email and they haven’t ever returned my call or email. Not the kind of service I’d expect from a store that sells $1,500 coats

10/10 experience at this CG store in Chicago. I went around 4:45pm on a Sunday and expected a long line outside, but to my surprise, there was no line and I was able to walk straight in! I already knew which parka I wanted, which made things a lot easier, but I needed to try on different sizes to make sure it fit right. Quincy E helped me and he was honestly one of the reasons I had such an amazing experience! He was so kind, really helpful, and very funny. He was really thorough and made sure I left with a perfectly fitted coat and just made the entire process so easy and positive. Definitely recommend this store and Quincy, if he's there!

Ok selection. The service was not the best, especially for a higher end store. The security guard had the best customer service of the place. Value of the products are probably good, but can't be sure as I didn't buy (not what I was looking for)

This is a tiny little store (next to the Bottega Veneta storefront) just south of the Loyola University-Lewis Towers building ... within sight of the landmark Chicago Water Tower at the corner of Chicago and Michigan streets. You'll notice from the reviews that many people do not like the waiting times, nor the security pressure when you visit ... but we had a seamless visit. Very few of the reviews complain about the product. On the day we visited we simply walked in through the front door. We passed a security guard and were promptly served by a friendly store clerk. While there is stock on the first floor to try things on, any other sizes/colors are usually called for over the clerks' walkie/talkie and brought down to the first floor. We understand why security is so rigid. After the problems associated with COVID, it was theft that caused the security push. With all the smash and grabs on Michigan Avenue and the surrounding Mag Mile, the smash and grabbers have almost ruined the shopping experience for customers. Security is very tight at all the high-end stores in the area ... so don't be surprised. Come prepared and be patient. As to value ... I am sure you could probably get three nice coats for the price of one here ... but this is a Canada Goose. It is well-made and very handsome. Their product is excellent. We had great service when we visited, and the store clerk was responsive and very knowledgeable. While I don't see us in the market for this high-end product very often, we wouldn't hesitate to return. Just choose your day (not a weekend) and time (mid-day).

What a wonderful store and staff. I was in to exchange a coat. Right from the beginning the gentleman at the entrance was very kind and helpful. Inside I was greeted and helped with a return and then proceeded to help me find the perfect coat for me. I wish I could remember the girl’s name who helped me she was very kind and helpful.

Issue with a purchase made at the Chicago store a week ago. Now that I’m back home in St. Louis I cannot get anyone to return a call or respond to an email.In the store Rachel and David were very nice. Unfortunately, the one manager (cannot remember the name) talked me into a fusion fit which is about 6 inches shorter than it seemed in the store (item was purchased on a Saturday and picked up the next day so there was no time to try it on again).Either way I would like to return the coat and cannot get anyone to respond with a label or what the process is to mail this back to the store. Also, I now see many other Canada Goose styles on sale at Saks and Neiman. Will not buy another coat at the store since this return has been a nightmare.

Terrible experience. Tried a Langford jacket here and the Velcro was all frayed with strings. I decided to get a different jacket, the Carson Parka. When I got home I noticed the jacket has small bright stains on it near the badge and on the sleeve. I reached out to the store via phone and email and they still have not got back to me to help out. I live far away so I’d have to make the trip all the way back just to get a response from them. Expensive jacket and can’t even get in contact with the store, can’t make this up…
