The honey lavender latte was perfect and service was excellent. As for the bank side, despite their not being able to complete my transaction without a debit card, I couldn't have been more delighted by my experience. Everything was explained to me in clear terms and there wasn't a haughty person in the whole building? Super nice and so gracious. The space feels good, too.

I love coming here to do work and to study, it's a great place in the neighborhood and the Capital One employees are very nice. But the baristas are always rude, and they almost always mess up my order. Makes me want to stop coming here!!

On one hand, so nice to have a space where my dog is welcome! Troy, an employee, came up and gave her a treat - so nice! On the other, at 8 months pregnant I had a sudden need to use the restroom (as pregnant women do). Wasn't sure where it was, but prior to walking upstairs to find it I thought I would scope out the downstairs area. Part was roped off, but I gave a peak in that area as well prior to hitting the stairs. A Manager, Alfonso, took me completely by surprise by yelling "why would you want over a stanchion?" Like dude chill... I'm waddling my ass around here before I pee my pants looking for a bathroom. Super aggressive... def didn't like that one bit. There's a way to speak to people and that ain't it my dude - extreme lack of emotional intelligence on that guy.

Came for the discounted drinks (50% off drinks with capital one card) and to do a bit of reading on a cold morning. Staff was friendly, food and drink were tasty and fair priced for Chicago.Great atmosphere to relax, study, work, etc with a few private nooks, couches, regular tables and the like with lots of natural light and the music playlist was ?No comment on the banking aspect as I did not require those services but as a cafe it’s a great spot - I’m pleasantly surprised

It is a great place to stop by for your work from cafe(home). The price is reasonable. I order Matcha Latte, they give me a plain favor with a bottle of syrup for me to add the sweet with what I want. I came here for the fraud reason. The staff is really a great helper. The location is also great as it located at the corner which is easy to reach both ways. The decoration is functional. We will have a private zone to work on. There are 2 stories the upper part is more private zone!Great for a chill day and also a small meeting group too.^^

Once in a while CapitalOne offers free beverages and came here to pick up their new coffee supplier "Verve". There's pretty solid espresso drinks here and as a Cap1 customer, presenting their card offers a 50% discount. It's def a coffee shop with banking services, wifi is good as well as 2 floors so definitely enough seating for all.

I don't know about you, but my goal in working at a cafe is to trick my brain into thinking that I'm not really at work...or I'm half at work...or I am at work, but at least in a place with a happy, comfortable vibe. No dice here. There is plenty of seating, but it feels like a bank that's missing its tellers, not like a cafe. There is no bank in this one, but there are three CapOne liaisons or such standing in the foyer. They are bored, bored, bored, I tell you....I am wearing slides, and I slipped my sock-clad feet out of them and sat cross-legged on my chair. One of the bank reps quickly hustled over to me to explain that, because they serve drinks and food here, they can't have feet on chairs. Uh, what? On the one hand, no big deal. On the other, are you serious? You spent your time telling me not to sit with sock-clad feet tucked under my own legs and under my table? You are not busy enough, methinks.

Female Barista with glasses working at 12:30pm on 12/28 with horrible attitude and scolded me for looking at the menu to order. Extremely rude and egotistic. And this is the place where I'm supposed to do my banking? Horrible service. I'm cancelling my Capital One accounts and never coming back here. I'll also be passing this story on to all of my other friends on Southport with Capital One accounts to avoid this place at all costs.

I had a buddy who had a banking problem and it was really complicated but we got help two different times. The issue was resolved and we got two free drinks which was really sweet. I think this is a really good place to study or hang out and if anyone needs help with their Capital One account then they should come here.

This is my favorite cafe/coffee shop to work from. The music is not blaring loud so you can make conference calls. I love the minimalist, clean, distraction-free atmosphere. You can easily tell that this is a bank first and coffee shop second. They did take away the water dispenser, which I am bummed about.

Love it. Great coffee AND you can bring your dog in!! Melody is the sweetest, always engaging and kind. She sat with us and even brought our dog a pup cup. Great environment all around :)

This is a good place to study and drink coffee. Very clean place and nice employees. If you have capital one credit/debit card, any type of beverage and coffee will be half price which is a good deal :) however, every bakery item that I have tried so far taste oily and very bad.

Very nice cafe for work. Good service, but I was forbidden to photograph the interior..? Not costumers, interior. I ordered Coffee Cortado. It was very bitter, over roasted beans. I ask to add more milk and it does not help. If you want to work here I recommend ordering a cold drink.
