Took my car here for the first time. They got me in and out, but the windshield area, center console were left untouched. They also got gum on my driver seat… having to scrub it off and it’s disgusting.

They took my van right away and did it quickly. Exterior is great, interior not bad but them not vacuuming seat cracks and edges was disappointing. Getting crumbs cleaned from visible places should be a given. Also, they tried to clean the inside of the windshield glass which wasn't even dirty and left it very smeared forcing me to rewipe it myself with windex

I would give this place 4.5 stars if the system let me. But since the most important thing is the car wash and service, I'm upgrading to a 5 star.
Stopped in at 10am to have my salt caked car washed. The service was solid, I received a morning discount, the crew did a great job and I was on the road about 20 minutes later after hanging out in their large waiting room (with couches and tables to do work)
The prices look great too.
To be 100% fair, the only reason I would have gone 4.5 stars is because the waiting room was barren of any amenities like the complimentary coffee or WIFi. I know this is such a small criticism and hopefully shows I'm not a shill for the store.
I'd go back in a heartbeat and bring the other cars in my family.

Love them!! They honored my Groupon for a car detail even though it expired a couple days prior. And they were able to get sap off my car that had been there for months. I've taken all three of my cars there and always have a great experience!

Took in an 13-year old sedan that had not been detailed in a long time. Talented crew refreshed and revived the exterior paint and made it visually so much better. Would recommend and use again.

Got my Altima detailed, I had just gotten it from auction so was pretty dirty. They did a great job on most of the car, even the engine bay. But they completely missed out on the “Detail” part of the detail. Cracks between buttons/ steering wheel controls were not touched. And there were still old candy and trash in glove boxes. Crumbs and trash still in pouch behind seats. The garage is dark so I didn’t notice until later. Very disappointing because I spoke highly of them until I noticed.

My car had not been detailed since we bought it 8 years ago. I brought my car in for a full detail, purchased with a Groupon. My car was in for about 6 hours and came back spotless. There was some grime and stuck on stuff in some nooks and crannies and they got it all. Would highly recommend this place!
