“We have taken our car to Royal Automotive for oil changes for at least eight years, and we are always pleased with their service.
Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. They kept us informed at every step in the process and expertly handled all the insurance company correspondence. We highly recommend Royal Automotive.”

“Superb service. Some a$$hole smashed my rear passenger window near my apartment. I called for a quote and they said they could do it for a fraction of the price that Safelite quoted. It’s an OEM window too! Anyway, the next day, when I had time, I decided to drop in and see if they had time that day. Not only did they get me in they tinted (only $40 more than quoted) the new window to match the existing windows all in under 40 minutes!!”
“I recently bought a used vehicle and after a handful of times going through the car wash, the bottom panel of my door went flying off!
I called around to a few places just to do my due diligence. I went with Tiger’s, and I’m glad I did. They were responsive, honest, and very efficient. Just 2 days after the incident, the part was in and they were able to pop on the replacement in no time. These are good guys working here. As a woman taking her car to get serviced, I am always vigilant, and these are honest folks that have earned my trust. Next car trouble I have, they will be my first call.

“Hidden gem of a glass repair shop. Had a Honda civic windshield replacement and a Mercedes E class windshield re-sealed. They got me in and out right away. Also did notice a little paint chopping off from the side trim. I mentioned it to them and they will get that fixed, I did have to do warranty work for the civic but they got that fixed and taken care of when I mentioned it also”
“Someone broke into my vehicle yesterday. They were recommended to me, but were closing so I was told to come in first thing in the morning. Took all of an hr, I was in and out. The woman at the counter, she was very nice and personable. Very, very reasonable price for a replacement window. They cleaned up all the millions of glass pieces, replaced my window, and left my car working perfectly, faster than they said they would get the work done (done in two business days). I drove the car in without an appointment, they worked directly with my insurance, and they even stored the car a little longer than needed at no charge. They went above and beyond!”

“Excellent and friendly service. They worked with the dealer to take care of some additional stuff they found under my existing warranty - I would never have known to fix this issue had they not found it and with warranty soon to expire I would have been stuck with the cost out of pocket.
The repairs they did from the car accident were exceptional. My Jeep looks like brand new. They even found some room in the budget to touch up some minor previous damage.

to replace my cracked windshield. One of the best businesses I’ve ever had dealings with.
I was out of there in 1 hour. The windshield installer bought me out to the bay and explained everything to me before starting with the windshield replacement. Also great price. If I had four arms I’d give this place four thumbs up! They will also come to your location to do the install.”
