Very disappointed with the service here.
I came in for a wheel alignment, and after the work was done, my steering wheel was noticeably off-center while driving straight. When I brought this to their attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive. The shop was busy, and instead of addressing the issue or offering to fix it, they told me to just take the car and leave.
This is basic alignment work — the steering wheel should be centered after the job is done properly. I understand mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility and treating a customer like this is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about proper service and customer respect.

The location says it’s open at 7:30, so I drove over and parked at 7:30 hoping to get an emissions test before work at nine. I waited until eight and no one showed up or opened the store. I called the listed number and it was a call center that clearly was not on location and struggled with the information I was providing. they offered to call the service manager, also could not reach the service manager, and then offered me locations. That would be almost an hour drive. First and last experience with the Car X chain thanks to the 30 minute no service wait and lackluster call center.

I bought a Groupon for balancing and alignment. They took 3 hours to get this done and unfortunately they did a horrible job. My truck is shaking and pulling to the right. I will say that the mechanic mentioned prior to the services that my alignment was way off. As an experienced tire technician, I could tell this was not true. The only thing that the truck needed was balancing, nonetheless my Groupon included the service and I agreed to this. I was also informed my rim was bent, and when I asked which one I was told the mechanic would personally come to tell me. The mechanic never came, and when I asked again for clarification, I was told by the representative that it was ALL of them. Due to their lack of transparency and poor service I can not give this place a good rating and much less a good recommendation. Times are tough, but save your money and find a trustworthy and competent shop.

Terrible. Scam. I purchased a Groupon voucher and they won’t accept it despite it being final sale because the money immediately goes to Carx and not Groupon. They also charge extra fees and won’t give a set price point before they start working on the car. Playing with people’s hard earned money. It’s like going into a restaurant and them not having the prices on the menu and just randomly charging you whatever tf they want to after u eat. Do better. Your service sucksss. Also what’s the point of making an appointment for a set time if ur gonna end up telling me to come back at 5pm and then at 5pm you tell me to come back the next day. Yall suck. I’d rate zero stars if I could.

Save your time. Money
reach there at 4:30 pm appointment.
I even make sure with store employee inside the store , not just online guest agent car X employee.
I reach there 20 mins before the appointment for oil change.
They told for oil change it will take 3 hour.
Why they give appointment then. I make sure with them before going there.

I purchased a Groupon for $70 for an oil change and tire rotation. Supposedly a $30 discount. I scheduled an appointment online via their website and was told upon arrival the appointment hadn’t been confirmed by then and therefore wasn’t valid and that I could come back 4 hours later. When I got back I waited 3-5 mins before being acknowledged and was told that I had a remaining balance of $35 for an extra qt of oil, other fees and taxes. The appointment scheduling and Groupon were both pointless. I wasted my two valuable resources: my money and my time.

3 hours for an OIL CHANGE!!!!!!
And I bought a Groupon and they charged me 30$ extra for labor fee. !!huh???
And left my car worse then when I took it in
This place is awful rip off!!!!

I had a great experience here. Very nice and friendly staff. I had an issue with my Groupon and he accommodated me so I didn't have to pay extra. Fast service! Excellent employees!

Don’t even bother! I purchased four brand new tires from this location a couple of months back. Unfortunately, I had a flat two weeks ago. I brought my car to this location and whom I am assuming is the morning manager charge me a fee for the patch. No big deal.
I had another puncture in a different tire and today when I went in, I was told there would be a higher fee. When I explained that I purchased the tires from them recently, the gentleman helping me had to go check. He told me there would be no fee because I purchased the tires from them along with the road hazard warranty. When I asked why I was charged last time, he could not give me any explanation. I’m not exactly sure what type of business they are running, but it feels shady.

The quality of service has dropped a lot. Previous years were very good and I have been a customer for 4 years, but I am already thinking about looking for another company that offers maintenance and oil change services for the car.
