A fantastic repair shop for all my auto needs. I’ve been coming over 20 years. Nelson the manager is incredibly knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. I’ve always been completely satisfied with the work and was always confident that they did the work that was needed, without unnecessary additional work.

I unfortunately had a lot of issues with a recent purchase of a car from Carvana. This car was purchased for a new job so I needed service quick. Everyone at Car-X listened to my concerns and took action immediately. Carvana used a third party insurance company that wasn’t willing to help. I didn’t want to pay for issues that were already with the car prior to me leaving the lot. Sam from Car-X took car of dealing with all of the insurance issues for me. Besides taking care of my insurance issues, they took care of a wide range of mechanical issues in just one day. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and passionate people. My car will be there again, just hopefully not too soon :).

I love them. I moved out of state 5 yrs ago. Happen to be visiting home for a family emergency. Had tire issues while on the road there, and they squeezed me in during their busiest hour to check out my car. The only people I trust with my car, since I've been going to them for years. Sorry that I didn't get to see Nelson though ?

This shop stole more than $440 of my money, and junked my car that was worth about $1,500 without my knowledge. Although I have tried repeatedly to resolve this issue, I have literally been ignored for months. The manager, Nelson is a crook that stole my money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but the shop has not responded. Do not bring your car here! They cannot be trusted. I have called customer service as suggested, and received no response, just as I received no response from dozens of calls to Nelson at the shop. After more than 20 years of giving Carx my business, they junked my car! Still no response from customer service after weeks of waiting. This company has no respect for its customers - stay away! I had to give one star to post this review, but they deserve none.

I'm pretty sure management has changed...I went in for a basic oil change- they overfilled the oil and break fluid, didn't check or fill up any of the fluid levels, didn't check wipers, air filters etc. Took it to another shop for a quote and to verify the work and they found the air filter not only needed to be replaced, but there was black mold. Had brake pads and rotors replaced elsewhere as well for 25% less...

We’re a heating and cooling company and had one of our service van tires go flat due to a screw in it. These guys were very helpful, friendly and professional in assisting us with our issue. They had to move some stuff around to fit us but they got it done. Special thanks to Noah!

I took my car early Friday. I didn't hear back from them until I called them later that evening then they told me they would keep my car to run it on the highway the next day. I ended up not hearing from them at all. I left a voicemail on Sunday then I ended calling again on Monday. Was told a list full of issues that would cost $1700 to fix. My husband called and asked if they could do it for $1300 since they've had the car for four days at this point with no communication initiated on their end, they agreed. We picked up our car Tuesday. The car is still doing ALL the same noises and jerking that I initially took it in for. Pretty convinced they either replaced things that didn't need replacing or returned the car having done absolutely nothing to it.

NEVER bring your car here! I had dropped off my car a few days ago for some small work. I received a call that night saying that the car should be done in a day or two. I told them I was working a double the following day so I would try to get there the following day. The following day I received a call saying that the vehicle needed to be picked up by 6pm or I would be forced to pay a storage fee. I told them I didn’t even know the vehicle was done and I had just started working. I spoke to the manger who told me it was done the day prior and they can only leave a vehicle there for an hour without a storage fee. I told him I didn’t even know the vehicle was done and I would have made plans to pick it up. Then the manger started yelling at me saying they didn’t call me because they knew I wasn’t able to pick it up. I DID NOT KNOW IT WAS DONE. I then had to leave work to go pick it up to avoid a storage fee. Terrible business model, terrible customer service and an incredibly rude manager. I will never come back under any circumstances and STRONGLY recommend you not bring your vehicle there.

I Would NOT bring my vehicle here, If I were you. These guys don’t know what they’re talking about. They quoted me $1,300+ to replace my starter, and alleged that my brake line was broken and “leaking brake fluid everywhere”, that there was “absolutely no more breaking power”. I had the vehicle towed one block them to fix supposed bad starter issue, and then one block back later after I decided against their “expertise”; and I was able to circle the block several times, same way as I have been for 3 years and it was fine. Oh, and the car started right up because I replaced the started last winter. The problem is an electrical connection that that they failed to locate. “Let’s throw parts at it”, all of these companies say as they siphon every dime from hard working people.

I highly recommend car x. Was in and out in under 15 minutes. They patched up my tire and gave me a quote for a new tire if need be. The manager was friendly and professional.

Came in for an emergency oil change on a Monday morning with my Forester. First time she was out of the dealer for service and my was I nervous. I knew my dad had used these guys for his Forester years ago so I took a chance. My car was done and fit for driving in TWENTY FIVE MINUTES and was told she looked beautiful underneath. Couldn't say better things about the service here. He even said hey to my dad

Was just helped with oil and a weird tire pressure issue by Noah- Guy was super easy to work with and really made the process easy- I walked around to find some food during the work but he was awesome and said they had coffee and espresso. I’d recommend this location thanks to the staff!

So…My relationship with this shop started off great. All of my cars and most of my family’s cars have been coming to this location for years. 10 to be exact. It stops now. I bought one of my cars new. A year into having it this shop started doing everything including the warranty work. Inside of the last few years or so management (and corporate as I’ve been told) has changed. Since then, it seems that I can not get my car issues addressed OR FIXED. Instead either (1) I’m told that I have a list of other(more important) things to fix or (2) they start the job THEN I get a phone call with the news that I need to spend at least another $500 on top of whatever I’m paying for already … THEN… the issue I was trying to address is still not fixed PLUS now there’s something new happening. One issue, in particular, I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars (during the course of approximately 1 1/2 yrs) to fix and still to this day it is not fixed plus something else is now broken.Also, I’ve caught the manager (Mr. S.) in lies, I’ve addressed when he would talk to me and during the conversation he’d start with one price then, by the end of the conversation, the price is up at least $100 - $200. When I addressed the fact that I felt robbed, he got loud and rude with me and even put his hands in my face. I merely told him I didn’t want to see the screen because the price kept changing AND MY CAR STILL WASN’T FIXED. He then got loud and rude with my wife. We were not yelling at him. We were not rude to him. He then promised to replace a part. The issue was not resolved so I came back the next day to find out that the part was not changed AND another employee was about to return the new part to the part store.After all of that… THE ISSUES ARE STILL NOT RESOLVED! I’ve basically paid to have an entire system replaced in my car along with the most of another system serviced in the same car and I still have the same issues with both! Not ok!!! Now to start the search for a new shop. One where my issues will be addressed AND I won’t have to worry about being lied to, tricked, or assaulted.Also, I got the number to their regional manager. Mr. S gave me the number. I also looked it up and it was the correct number BUT… no answer & no way to leave a voice message … I still have no one to try and resolve my issues with this company considering all of the time and money I’ve spent.Services: Exhaust
