Nonchalant staff.
I came with a kangaroo and a stroller, they didn't even help me by opening the door, it was a passerby who did it. They don't even greet or help you either.
And yet I spent no less than 60 dollars.
In short, next time I will buy online!

Bought a jacket and had problems with my zipper. The staff tried their best to repair my jacket but couldn’t so they sent it out for repair. I received a new one a week later! Thank you!

So we are huge fans. I'm not going to tell you how many beanies we own but I can tell you we are never going to be cold. Today went in and was assisted by Paola who helped me purchase a jacket for my brother and had it shipped for free to California. Then she made sure I got my points in their loyalty program. This store is compact compared to Gurnee and Portland but it's well stocked and clean just like the rest of them. While I give Paola a shout out- we've always been helped by friendly people. Note- this is tried and true carhartt and not Carhartt WIP.

The best carhartt clothes in town! Im from Spain and when im in chicago is one of the bests shops to go! And really Cheap!! The workers are really Gentle!!
