Been calling for days trying to place an order. Not once did anyone pick up the phone. Absolutely unacceptable service for a premium store. No other similar store would behave like this.

No one answers the phone! 2 months ago I called to request repair of an expense ring purchased there. I was told I would receive an email with instructions for shipping the ring. I did not receive one. Have called numerous times and jo one answers. After prolonged ringing the phone cuts off!

First time shopping at Cartier. I wanted a simple Love collection ring. We made a spontaneous trip to Cartier and walked in. I was a bit overwhelmed when first walking in, but Pedro was very kind to walk us through. He was informative and got us what I needed. It was a birthday gift and Pedro helped to make our first purchase special.

We went to the store with so much excitement only to experience the worst customer service. We were first met by an unfriendly woman who literally stood in front of the door like a bouncer asking what we wanted. For the love of Zeus, we are at Cartier… what do you think we are here for? We were then “checked in” like we were registering to vote and told there were two other parties waiting before us.Hire more people, Cartier- you seem to have more people stocking your cart with Perrier water rather than champagne, darling.We waited 25 min and noticed someone was assisted before us who had just walked in. Perhaps the color of our skin wasn’t good enough for you. Or the fact that we weren’t dripped in bling and designer clothing. Little did you know how much we were going to spend today. We left and none of you even asked if we were helped.Well we walked back to our penthouse at the Ritz and decided to write this review instead. Do better Cartier.

I was surprised to see such a low rating for this beautiful store, but after I visited it, everything made sense. Right at the front door was a turn off. Lady #1 was so preoccupied with the iPad, counting clients in the store that she didn’t even make an eye contact or greet us. Lady #2 had no clue where the jewelry section was that I was interested in.I am giving 4 stars only because Joshua made a huge difference. He was extremely professional and kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He took excellent care of me and my partner and delivered the jewelry in less than a week! Thank you!

Chicago Cartier went above and beyond to assist me during my visit to Chicago. They treated my daughters with warmth and kindness. It is the place to shop for yourself and generations to come.

One of the best Cartier boutique experiences I have had. Julie Chavez is an amazing individual and made my day with her kindness and consideration. She was a joy to speak with and talk to and cares about the customer! I just spoke to her manager Juan and they are both a delight. This is the type of store and leadership I enjoy shopping at.

The folks at Cartier Chicago were very humble, empathetic and professional. Christopher helped me with engraving on my wedding ring, and kept me updated about the process, and delivered it to my address hundreds of miles away in another state, at a time of my convenience, without any fee.I didn't even purchase anything at this particular store or in this country, still happy with Cartier's service for any of its global clients, irrespective of the product or geography

I was in the Cartier Chicago store in September and received excellent customer service from Nan Zhang. She was very helpful, thoughtful and considerate. She made my first time in a Cartier boutique feel special. When I am back in Chicago I will definitely make a trip back to the boutique!

Upon my initial visit to your store, I was convinced by the salesperson to purchase a necklace with the promise of being able to engrave the name of my son, and his birth date on a gold ring and my name on the white ring, respectively.I made the purchase with the understanding that engraving was possible, and I mentioned that I would return later for the engraving.Last week, when I revisited the Michigan Avenue store to discuss the engraving options, I encountered some initial uncertainty from the gentleman present, who insisted that engraving was not feasible.After a lengthy discussion with different persons in the store and various phone calls, we reached an agreement that engraving was indeed possible as initially promised with a max of 13 letters:However, few days ago I received a call stating that engraving more than 3 letters is not possible, which directly contradicts the prior agreement made at the Michigan Avenue store.This inconsistency and unprofessional behavior do not align with the high standards I associate with your brand.

Horrible experience at this Cartier. They have a young man as a security guard who tried to assume/accuse my mother, a 65 yr old woman who was wearing a $1200 Isabel Marant dress and over $12,000 in jewelry of stealing perhaps maybe because she put on her sweater as she was feeling chilly or because she had some bags with her! This pathetic excuse of a security guard lacked professionalism and when I confronted him for accusing her, and also standing in the doorway blocking her exit even after she told him he could check her bag.. he tried to argue with me! I have been to MANY luxury retailers in my time and I NEVER in my ENTIRE LIFE have had this humiliating experience before. Shame on you Cartier! I will be getting in contact with regional managers about this issue.Never going to shop at this Cartier ever again!Please hire REAL professional security, not some young kid who accuses people of stealing because his mind is probably that of a thief himself. It is only people who do petty things like steal themselves that would accuse others of doing so ! The kid looked like he was about 19 -22 years old. Unbelievable. I guess they would hire anyone ! Every other high end/designer brand does exceptionally well to not only make the customers feel like royalty, but to NEVER accuse anyone of stealing!I wish I would have spoke to the manager but I was so outraged I just left because the security guard kept arguing with me, and saying stuff about how he knows "real gang members" and that he was former military. I have no idea why he would say such a silly thing. I guess he felt threatened because he's small. All I told him was that this experience is humiliating and how could he accuse someone without any reasoning and block a doorway and that he needed to do better.Upon leaving someone offered to be a witness to the harsh words he used and people were sympathizing with us abut how outrageous this was. One woman even said she was ready to pay for some jewelry until she saw that happened and decided to not shop there! I want to thank her for that so TY Lana! I'm def not shopping here ever!

We had very bad experience with pedro. It feels like he did not even want to show us rings. He was not engaging us at all. We never had this kind of experience at other similar luxury stores. I would not expect from high end jewelry store. Very bad experience.

Remember that they don't care you once you buy something from them. I was humiliated by one of their hosts the other day in front of people when I just asked his coworker's phone number. He said to me step out, can't help you. I never had experienced that someone treated me harassed like that. Like I said, even I talked to one of their managers after, they said they will help you but they don't really. Because it is taking me forever to get just jewelry valuation paper on my engagement ring. Because they do not give you detailed paper on your jewelry like others. I will never set a foot on their boutique again in my life and I will just take my business elsewhere that treats customer right!!!

I had a very high quality experience at the Cartier store. This is not my first time being a buyer at Cartier, but by far this was my best experience. Pedro was very patient and professional, answering all questions and providing top customer service.
