I’ve been to the other two shops on the same block and they both underestimated the value of my consoles and jewelry that I’ve used for loans. I haven’t had any issues with any of the clerks and the management when asked for their input were more than lenient when it came to a payment or loan increase.

I CALLED THIS LOCATION THEN THE LADY WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS MAD AT ME FOR NO REASON,SO I ASKED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER,THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD COME IN ,SO I DID, ONCE I DID I WAS THERE THEY SAID I WAS BANNED IN THE SYSTEM NOW I CANT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY CASH OF AMERICA! SO I STARTED CALLING AROUND 2 ASK WHY WAS I BANNED ,1/9/2024 @1:52 P.M I CALLED THIS LOCATION BACK , THE MANAGER HUNG UP IN MY FACE TWICE,NOT EXPLAINING WHY I WAS BANNED AND NOT LETTING ME EXPLAIN MYSELF OR EVEN LET ME TALK! NEXT TIME ILL RECORD THE CONVERSATION BECAUSE IM SURE THEY ARE GONNA MAKE UP LIES NOW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED,WHOAH.

Over the phone they offered me $60 for a PlayStation 4 and $60 for a PlayStation 3 I asked if I needed an HDMI cable or a controller and they said no but if you have it.Fast forward I come in and they tell me they cannot accept it without a controller and they will only give me $25 for each of them.? Classic bait and Switch

They’re always looking for ways to take advantage of their customers financially!Too many rules and regulations. I have a much better experience dealing with other pawn shops than with this one. Go to different pawnshops and ask for their opinion for your jewelry before you choose this particular pawn shop.

Went in there to get a loan on my engagement ring and the guy at the desk told me it’s a fake. After that causing issues at home, I decided to get another opinion. I went to 2 other pawn shops on the same block as them and another Cash America location on Devon, turns out, according to all 3 other pawn shops (including their own other location), the ring was a 100 percent real and 2 of the shops even said the diamond was excellent quality. All 3 other pawn shops offered me more on a loan than what I was even asking for. You might want to actually train your employees or maybe tell them to stop being lazy as he spent maybe 5 seconds actually looking at the ring.

The best service ever every time, like I said in my review about that one on Clark, HERE is the one to go to. That was how many years ago and I still feel the same way. You won’t regret it.

They put up a sign that it’ll be open on Labor Day at 10am - 4pm and they didn’t open at the time they were supposed to and I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes hoping they’ll open but nothing. I suggest to not put hours on a holiday date and not even be here.

I love this location. I only go here. Fair prices and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Alex for helping my son pick out a gaming computer, he loves it. He says it's better than all the other one's I bought. He's been playing it all day. He gets to use his steam account now.
