Purchased this remote 11/24/23 I was told the items are tested. I got home hooked it up the remote doesn't even turn on. These people are selling garbage I would not recommend them at all. Beware

I’ve been a longtime member here and they act like they can’t take care of their customers tried to sell brand new Apple product for a very reasonable price but was turned dwn went dwn to Ez pawn n they gave me exactly what I was looking for no problem

Just left the store about 2hr ago and I’m completely disappointed. They completely tried to bamboozle me out of also most $200 worth of gold by offering me $65. Unbeknownst to them I’ve been a pawnbroker for the past 5 years and had already weight the jewelry at my place of employment. If they did this to me I can only imagine what they are doing to other customers.

Totaly disapointed with layaway this location plan i call to paíd with My card they refuse to do it then they cancel My layaway and loose My Money toldmly to paíd again starting over the layaway operation do You think You deserve to keep a good business reputation ???

To Whom It May Concern: On 05/09/2021 at approximately 3 pm. I was a paying customer at Cash America Pawn Shop (3600 w. 26thst) where I have been a customer with them for over 5 years. I was disrespected by a customer service representative and was also cursed out as well as racially profiled by this employee. I am furious and flabbergasted at the way I was treated and a very unprofessional matter. I feel this employee should face disciplinary action for his behavior because if he did this to me I sure this behavior will continue to occur with other customers. Due to this unprofessional matter, I will no longer do business with this company and I would highly recommend no one to do business with Cash America Pawn Shop. Sincerely: Longtime customer

Been here a few times, always busy. Staff are friendly enough, just expect to wait several minutes. Most items behind glass don't even have model numbers listed, so you're forced to wait until someone is free to give you info on an item.

The so called manager Nate is ridiculously rude and needs to be retrained in customer service! He refused to sell me a piece of Jewelry because I negotiated a price with another employee at $685 he was not happy with the quote. Nate then goes on to say she shouldn't have quoted you this price and started to become very rude and standoffish.So I then tried to reconcile with Nate and just do the forgive and forget deal but no way he just wants to be in control and very very rude. From there it all went downhill and i tried to ask Nate several times to sell me the jewelry again and Nate' s last comment to me was, let's see where I stand because I see you contacted customer service and my district manager which his name is Alberto. I will not let this go and will continue to escalate this matter until justice is met! Guaranteed!!
