Casper - Fulton Market is a sleep shop that offers a wide range of innovative sleep products and an exceptional customer experience. Visitors can book a nap appointment, try out the award-winning Casper mattresses, and even walk out with their dream bed the same day. The store's knowledgeable and friendly staff, including Quin, Aynna, and Ricardo, provide excellent service and guidance. Aynna, in particular, is praised for her dedication, creativity, and magnetic personality, making the experience truly unforgettable. Customers have had positive experiences with the store's product selection, delivery, and setup. The Dream mattress is a popular choice, and the staff is quick to address any issues, such as replacement of a mattress with visible stains. While the Dolly delivery service experienced a minor communication error, the Casper staff was proactive in resolving the situation, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory overall experience for customers. The Fulton Market location is highly recommended for those seeking a personalized and hassle-free sleep solution.
We have bought several mattesses at Casper Fulton Market and are very happy with the service. Aynna (manager) helped us with these purchases, and we are very happy with the service!

Just bought the Casper Dream Hybrid mattress here! Ayanna was super helpful in helping me pick the right mattress. They have mattresses available for immediate pickup if you live nearby. Highly recommend stopping by to try them out if you’re looking for a new mattress!
