Two friends and I spontaneously went into Catbird this afternoon without an appt to get forever bracelets, and Faith right away came to assist us. She was clearly an expert in making forever bracelets. They looked amazing! But her bright and lovely personality was what impressed us the most!! Thank you Faith!!

After having a rough, stressful week, I'm so happy I decided to treat myself and get a permanent bracelet! Tyler was nice to assist me with choosing what kind of bracelet chain I wanted and I chose Sweet Nothing as my first one. It's so pretty and dainty.

I have been shopping catbird for over 8 years. I discovered the store in NY on vacation and promptly followed their growth journey. Whenever I was in a city that had a catbird store, I made a special stop in. Now I am lucky enough to have a catbird in Chicago! I've gone to the opening of the store and many times thereafter. The staff are super friendly and kind. They remember me everytime and always ask if they can help me. I love catbird jewelry so much. It's lasted me years and years. Anything that needs repair can be sent to the NY store, so that's amazing customer service!

i went on tuesday, july 8th and the girls that helped me that day were so kind and helpful (unfortunately i wasn't able to catch their names!) they also had a good selection of both silver and gold jewelry in store. i bought 2 chains and a pendant which were packaged very nicely and priced modestly for the quality. i'm so happy with my purchase and i'm really glad catbird opened up a store here in chicago! i already want to go back lol.

I was so happy to see that Catbird has arrived in Chicago! I have been a long time shopper online and in store in Manhattan and Chicago lives up to the brand standards. Stopped in recently and Tyler was so gracious, friendly and helpful. Felt like shopping with one of my own friends, which is exactly what you want when jewelry shopping should be so personal and special. Store is charming and the rest of the staff was friendly and personable as well, so I will definitely be back.

We had such a great experience at CatBird Chicago! My sister and I went in and got matching permanent jewelry bracelets and are so happy with how they turned out! Heather, Abigail and Faith were such a joy to work with! If you’re in the area, definitely stop in and check it out! Such gorgeous pieces too!
