I ordered dining room chairs here recently and have been a loyal Crate Brand shopper for years. The leather color of the chairs was a bit lighter than I expected and I ordered other chairs to compare them with, so decided to return these. Because I ordered several different pieces of furniture, the boxes for these were misplaced. I called to see if I could return them to the store, again in excellent condition, only to be charged a restocking fee of 30%! More than $200! I have long preferred the Crate Brands over their competitors like Williams-Sonoma because of their customer service, but I will think twice before I order any furniture from them again.

I’ve been here multiple times but my most recent visit will probably make it my last in store visit. I ordered online to pickup in store. I went to the store. Asked a sales associate if they would be able to help me get my order. Then I waited and waited….and waited….no one asked or followed up with me or anything as they tended to every other white/caucasian person who came in. I even saw them go to customers multiple times asking if they were still okay while I waited for my order and while they ignored me. I finally stopped another sales associate and asked if he could help, and he apologized (fyi he was also a POC), then he went to go see what was happening. He went and spoke with another sales associate and then looked horrified because he told me my item was just sitting here on the back counter. I thanked him for helping me, but I’ll call it what it is. When you have multiple sale associates going up to white/caucasian customers multiple times but not to POC, not what I believe in or stand for. People don’t remember exactly what was said but they do remember how you made them feel in that moment.Updated-per request. My order was 140632998

was ignored by a member who proceeded to pass me up several times to ask other customers if they needed help. after passing me up a 3rd time in the rotation of asking everyone else if they needed help, realized that as a POC this was the first time I experienced racial bias from a store. CB2 will not get my business and i advise other POC to be wary.

I'm sure I'm just old and off the trends, but the aesthetic was tedious and uninspired. Staff was nice.

To me, CB2 is the artsy younger sibling of the classy Crate & Barrel. Unique, edgy, whimsical designs that still have the quality of Crate & Barrel. Love coming here to get inspired & I don’t think I’ve ever left without buying something since the price point can be reasonable, especially on sale items.

Terrible customer service and no warranty at all on any products. This includes 6k$ sectional sofas. When I asked why isn't there a warranty the assicate replied 'I don't know I work here I don't own the company ' . I wouldnt buy anything more expensive than a soap dispenser from here.

Absolutely love this store. Employees are wonderful! Maria is amazing. The managers are wonderful at getting things taken care of for me. Helpful and courteous. Definitely get all your home decor here. Listed below Etagere, Grado aluminum coffee table, alabaster stone decorative bowl. Don’t mind the mess, still moving into the townhome.

I was so disappointed that my Acacia wood outdoor dining table warped and is unusable. The worst part is that we used it 4 months per year and kept it indoors during the cold months.3 summers and this one it's unusable.I called CB2, my husband called as well. Apparently they only replace within the first year.Customer service via text was hopeful. The agent said she would contact me in 24-48 hours. I believed her. When I did t hear back I texted two more times. Am I wrong believing a table that cost over 1200.00 is only expected to last one year?Pictures for reference.

We had such a weird experience here. It was almost like they didn't care if we made a large purchase or not. To be fair, maybe they really didn't. Who knows. We were looking to purchase a sectional or sofa and had been to a few stores in the area. The first employee we interacted with told us "good luck" and walked off after we told him what we were looking for. The next employee saw us very interested in a couch, stopped to tell us a little about it, and then walked away again. We had to go find any employee (that wasn't avoiding eye contact) to ask if we could buy a couch. For such an expensive purchase, we really expected just a little more customer service. In the end, the couch was backordered for several months and we decided not to look at other options. If you're just browsing or know what you want, I'm sure it's a fine location. But if you need any customer service or assistance, just know you have to get a little direct and persistent.

I definitely prefer to shop online instead of coming back to this location. Two women came into the store at the same time as myself and definitely had a better customer service experience. I was completely ignored until I had to checkout, the energy was really unwelcoming. The associates were definitely interested in talking to each other and more helpful towards the two women. I honestly didn't want to buy anything but it would have been a waste of a trip.

My wife and I have always viewed CB2 products online, but we finally made the trip to visit the store and had a great experience. We found parking right outside the entrance, were helped by a store associate as we were walking around, and ended up getting the perfect console table for our living room. Shipping was smooth and the delivery people were kind enough to bring the console table straight into our home and place it where we wanted. Although the prices for CB2 pieces are on the higher end, we are happy with the quality we paid for and the overall smooth process.

How hard do you think it is to buy a lamp? Let me tell you about my experience. CB2 made the whole process of buying a simple lamp extremely annoying and difficult (it took over 10 days) to the point where I almost gave up. I went in to buy a beautiful stainless steel lamp that was advertised as in stock on the website. They told me the only one left was the floor model and I could buy it the next day at a discount. Sounds great right?Well I called back the next day and Jacqueline refused to sell me the lamp and told me that I was added to a “list”. I was polite and asked if she had any idea when I would be able to purchase the item, but she was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and frankly treated me like they didn’t want my business. I called back and visited the store several more times over the span of 10 days and was given the run around every time.Eventually I called back and got a different sales rep who was super helpful and tracked down the lamp at a nearby warehouse for me. I gave her my CC and they shipped it to my door in 3 days. Please train your staff better so that they all give the same level of great service. If you couldn’t sell me the floor model I totally understand, but maybe just say “Sorry I don’t know when we can sell this so how about I track it down for your from our warehouse?”

Very busy urban location of this discount furniture/home furnishing store. Parking is a bit hard on weekends (lot is small and tight), but staff is helpful and friendly,
