They are so sweet and helpful and always have extensive answers to my questions about products! This location brightens my day and Nico’s eyeliner is always on point :) <3

I came into this shop looking for CBD products that could help me with some depression/anxiety I’m experiencing, and Ara was very helpful in explaining the different options to me (there was another clerk with her too but I didn’t get the name!). I was a bit nervous I’d get a weird or judgey reaction when I explained I wanted only CBD with no THC, but it was not weird at all and she was very clear on which products to go for. I also called back later because I had a question about dosing and she was so helpful. Thanks so much! I like the caramels especially! :)

If you are headed to this location, let’s hope that Ara is working. She is fully capable of answering all of your questions regarding the products that they have in their store. She truly cares about the customer experience and making sure that you find exactly what you’re looking for. The location is Perfectly organized and so clean. You will be Happily surprised with the quality and quantity of products they have to offer.

Went there and Michael was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Helped us with our purchase. Asked relevant questions to guage what we would and wouldn't like, and a damn good salesman who got us in the rewards program!

My husband and I go to this store pretty often, really thankful to have them in the neighborhood. They carry a great selection of products that you really can’t find anywhere else in person, even at similar types of dedicated CBD/kratom stores. They run frequent promotions and have a decent loyalty/rewards program. Very rarely have I not been able to find what I’m looking for, so inventory is also pretty reliable.
I’m not usually one to need very much in the way of “customer service” as I know what I’m looking for, but I must say that today when I went in the employee that helped me, Asia, was above and beyond fantastic. Literal definition of customer service, where you leave the store and your day is a bit brighter after going in! ☺️ wonderful experience
