I always come to this location it is the closet location near my home and everytime I visit I get racially profiled by the same lady who is always on the far right glass not once have I experienced good service or even customer service from this location , normally if the lady who is on the right isn’t present the other employee never give me any problems I even get my envelope for free which i thought was free but today was different I got charged a extra 25cents for an envelope and the lady gave me a birthday card envelope so you just imagine how small and unhelpful this was , I proceeded to ask the lady is there any other envelopes she said no so I walked to the first glass to the far left and wow I seen an regular envelope the one I normally get without any extra charge but the rude lady on the far right rudely snatched the envelope from where I seen it displayed and demanded 25cent and luckily I had an extra quarter and I told the lady that’s fine you could’ve just said 25 cents for the envelope and she rolled her eyes and finally slide the envelope under the glass I just find this location very poor on customer service and better workers should be hired this is very disturbing to feel discriminated against anyone I would love and call or email or the update of what’s going to happen and change in this area I can’t keep spending my money on racist when I respect and is an common customer . I am beyond livid I would love to see an change other wise you guys are going to continue to get bad reviews and loss of customers due to terrible customer service.

This business has the rudest staff and management team that I’ve ever encountered anywhere! They treated me like I was a thief or scammer all because I was trying to cash a payroll check from my employer. They wasted an hour of my time calling to verify my check, and once my employer did indeed verify that the check was legit and good to be cashed they then told me that the manager would not cash it because the check was 2 weeks old. They treated me poorly because I’m a black woman, it was clear from the line of questioning from where did I get the check, how was it sent to me, where is the envelope that it was mailed in…etc. The tone used was extremely accusatory and just blatantly rude. I ended up going to PLS where they verified and cashed the check all in under 5 minutes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!

I've cashed a bunch of checks here and never had a problem. But today I came in and they refused a check that had nothing wrong with it bc it was from the state of IL and it was a 2 month old check. They didn't give me any reason that made sense just " that's our policy." Really glad that I don't need to rely on this place anymore bc they don't seem to know what they're doing
