CH Distillery is a favorite Chicago staple with a science angle and Malort. The great place offers amazing sushi, good drinks and great service with well knowledge about questions. Staff provide hospitality, private tours, phenomenal tastings and thorough information. It is a close second to Koval and feels totally great for first time visitors. The welcoming staff feel very well and the opportunity is totally great for first time visitors.

My favorite Chicago distiller. Koval is a close second, but the science angle CH promotes appeals to the nerd in me. That they also make Malort which makes them a de facto Chicago staple.

Great place with amazing sushi. We feel very welcoming. Good and drinks was great. Great service and very well knowledge about all our questions since was the first time. Totally great for dine and drinks

Went for the Jinsei Motto Omakase experience. Great food, nice cocktails. Staff was great.
