Called and asked about a wire transfer that my dad wanted to do. They told me no appointment was required but to get there before 2. We got there at 1:40pm, waited 20 min for them to tell us they couldn’t do it. Why couldn’t they tell us that from the beginning? Literally time wasted. Customer service was trash.

I have been banking with US Bank for 15 years and they wont even give me a home loan I also detected fraud on my account I believe it was a inside job . every time I go to use the ATM its out of money or out of order how unprofessional of them to withhold my money I am going to change banks asap.
