She went out of the office to count the cash and deposit the check I wrote and when she came back she informed me I have given her $500 more than the cash I mentioned and what to do about it I told her to put it in my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and integrity.. She could have not told me of the error which my husband said he was in a hurry when he counted and handed me the cash but instead ****** was honest enough to tell me of the error. I had a less than stellar experience at a different branch and was about to close my accounts. Malik called me and suggested that I visit his branch so that he could provide "exceptional" service. I would have settled for good service. He made good on his promise and I'm a happy customer. That plus the interest rates at Wintrust are better than most.Seems I will be sticking around for a while.”

This is was I do a lot of banking with the. Biggest plus is free ATM wherever I go with fee reversal.”

“I've been banking here at SSCFCU for probably 10 years now. The customer service is very good. But there were times when I had to stand in a long line at the drive through banking and I didn't have a car. I was so agitated by this and I did let it be known. The bankers did go out of their way to accommodate me. My only agitation now is today is Saturday May 1, 2021 and I have a deposit to make but because they are not open on Saturdays at this time, I have to wait until Monday to make a deposit. This is why I'm giving you 4 stars instead of 5. Your hours are already short during the week and your only open 3 days. It would be nice to get some Saturday service again especially when the City is opening up more at this time.”
