I visited this branch to open a business account, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with informed me within seconds that there were no available dates for appointments and immediately asked me to leave, without offering any alternatives or assistance.
This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Opening a business account is an important process, and customers deserve to be treated with respect and given proper guidance. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures a better customer experience moving forward.
Not going there again.....

I’ve been dealing with this issue for months now, and the card swipe system still isn’t working. It’s frustrating that nothing has been done to fix it.

The fact that you can't access the ATM vestibule to deposit or withdraw money on Sunday, in the modern age, has to be the dumbest thing ever.

Worst chase branch ! this branch needs to close down horrible service and the door has been broken for months to take cash out from the inside atm as well as the outside atms are always broken such a waste of a bank.

Apparently the atm inside the banks closes at 5pm now (even went to another location). So then had to use the drive through but there were 8 people in front of us some cars and some ppl(literally standing). Out of the 3 atms only 1 was working.
In a city of 3 million people why would you close the bank atms? How is standing waiting outside in the parking lot any safer?

Twice I have deposited a check into my account at this bank and have had it put on hold. My white friend hasn’t had this issue at this bank so I believe it is done on purpose by the people at this bank.

Ridiculous service went here to get quarters and the lady on cashier told me that my account is high school checking (which it is) but I came here before too and i went to many other chase locations always got the change. The other location services are better than this location. Learn to be professionals, never coming back to this place again. Wouldn't even give one star

Chase Bank is absolutely horrible.They said if I deposited a $20,000 check for taxes it would clear on the 28th of the month to pay taxes.So I opened an account for my mother's estate.When I returned on the 28th they said the check was would clear on the 3rd of the following month?Bottom line Chase can not be trusted.The banker says one thing and the teller does something else.Do we as customers trust what Chase Bank says, or what they do?Obviously, no integrity at Chase Bank and they can't be trusted.Also, processed the taxes through Chase Bank.Never again.I will definitely go to Maria Pappas offices.The teller at Chase Bank, was absolutely horrible and rude when I was trying to follow up on a message that the taxes were not paid, 3 weeks after they were paid, at Chase Bank.Never again.Fool me once, shame on Chase Bank, fool me twice shame on me.Wintrust bank on ? the other hand was spot on and provided copies both cashier's checks and the days they processed the cashier's checks as well as when it was paid.
