I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeovany to open a new account, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. I hadn’t used this branch in years after losing touch with my previous bankers, but Jeovany completely restored my confidence in coming back.

First-time visit to this branch — and it was absolutely worth the trip!
We drove all the way from the other side of the city specifically to work with Bola, whom I had previously met at another Chase location.
Bola is not only an outstanding employee but also a genuinely wonderful person. I’ve never encountered such a supportive, kind, and helpful banker at any other institution. She handled all of my outstanding concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and I left the branch feeling truly grateful. Thank you, Bola, for your exceptional service!

I had a bad experience today with the bank teller who was rude and didn’t now what he was doing. so I talked with the manager and he said he will speak to him . unfortunately I still don’t feel comfortable with this location..

Good intentions and nice looking facility, but lots of problems. One of your agents gave me incorrect instructions on how to pay credit cards with me new account using the app. The liasion when I returned could not help me with that conundrum and seemed oblivious to the fact the associate gave me that advice. Offputting. Chase in general has been a nightmare since we switched bank accounts. 12-day holds to cash a check from another reputable bank??? I know my account is new, but this is ridiculous. Quit pushing the third party review for FDIC member banks. I'm losing trust in y'all and regretting not going with Bank of America

I went into the bank to wait for my client and less than 5 minutes into sitting down i was asked is i needed something or if i were just "hanging out". I dont appreciate the random micro aggression. I see why this banks rating is low

First off to start, some bankers at this place will help you and your every needs without fail. They’ll even go up and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with every burning inquiry. Then there’s the completely unprofessional branch manager, Ajla Rosic, whatever you do, DO NOT go to her. You can go to ANY banker, if not ANY bank, but avoid her at all costs. She’s the rudest, most socially controlling person you’ll ever meet; she won’t stop at anything to disrespect you, and make you feel not only uncomfortable, but unwelcomed too. Both interactions I’ve had with her in-person, I was disrespected, the first without explanation. The second time, she accused me of something extremely baffling I almost thought she was joking until she doubled down on her claim. Do business here at your own risk, a lot of workers here are fine. To experience someone at such a high position working for this institution act as if they’re in high school, if not middle school (lol), makes me question the branch as a whole. Just remember this isn’t the only Chase bank within a 5 mile radius, there are two on Western, and one on Peterson, and guess what? Their branch managers will welcome you with open arms, and won’t treat you like complete dog water. I seriously pray you overcome whatever delusions you have Ajla, you aren’t on top of the world nor’ will you ever be with that attitude.

Terrible service. I went in to create an estate account, which I have learned takes about an hour at other banks. They took the necessary information and said they would call. Days later, I called, they still had no updates and said they would call. One week later, no call and no updates. After more than a week, I took my business to another bank. The other bank, NOT Chase, created the account in less than an hour. Again, terrible service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and told my son who is under 18 to come by himself next time without me while I was just trying to understand the procedure and what she was asking. I believe that she called herself the branch manager. I wish someone taught her how to be professional with client rather than being rude. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this branch if you are going to come here.

Had a wonderful experience at this branch of chase Bank. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I have my both accounts here personal and business. For my Personal account Banker Naila was there she is so professional and also gave me good tips.
For my business account Sukaina was there she is also very professional. So far interacted with 2 bankers at this branch both are Awesome. 100% satisfied.

Very inaccessible location, took 3 transactions to accept my cash deposit leaving me susceptible to anyone running up on me and possibly robbing me. Very unsafe location and highway robbery when it comes to getting checks from location. Used to be an amazing branch but they have become a lot less helpful and more greedy than anything. CHECK THE SENSORS ON YOUR ATMS. THEY APPARENTLY DONT KNOW WHAT A VALID BILL IS. Most definitely considering switching to a bank where the service is better and the ATM machines are not a POS.

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Chase Bank. The customer service is abysmal; long wait times and unhelpful representatives are the norm. I dealt with Naila Raza and Sukena, who were not only unhelpful but also seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. Another representative, a lady with golden chains, was equally unresponsive. I encountered numerous problems with unauthorized charges and was given the runaround instead of solutions. Additionally, their fees are excessive and poorly explained. It's been nothing but a hassle dealing with Chase, and I regret choosing them for my banking needs. They might need to keep their egos at home
