I was there today 8/21/24 around 12 pm making inquiry about my bank account and a check that had not cleared for company that was cashed over 30 days ago. There were 2 teller ( a black woman and a white man) and neither one wanted to do their jobs by checking the system told me it is all good. The guy was more interested in digging in his ear and I had to wait for service until he was done. I have been a Chase client for decades and I have not had an experience like this before. The service was so poor I am actually thinking about changing Banks. So frustrating.

Bola is my new banker as of yesterday and I am so thankful for her. Me and my partner are just starting a business and she was extremely helpful in navigating the process and helping us set up an account. I would highly recommend her as your banker if you are looking for a new one or just need proper guidance on banking in general. I am very appreciative of her and I am glad that the universe aligned us to meet. Thank you Bola for everything, my naija sister!

Chase is one of the worst bank ever, never recommend this bank, they cancelled my sons appointment 2 times and we can to the bank for the appointment and they were closed and didn’t even answer our call when we called them. Worst bank!!

I came in today to open my chase buisness account Bola Abdulazeez was my buisness banker and she was the sweetest and most helpful lady who walked me through everything and explained me all the parts. I would give her 5 stars.

Bola Abdulazeez was AMAZING, so patient and so empathetic helping us with a difficult and frustrating situation. Me and my mom kept her until the very end of the day and she never showed anything but kindness , proficiency,friendly and helpful service.

I had deposited a check 3 weeks ago at Lawernce Chase near my office from the same business to my business for over 25k with no issues. I went into the brodway Chase near my house for a smaller check. I just wanted to make sure it was a good check, and it was. A ladt at the front put stamps all over my check and declined it, asking for input. I called the business that issued me a check which would be the second one they've given me and the past month and they told me that everything was good and there was a positive input on the check. Chase lady who was helping me was not confident in her wordsAnd couldn't clearly explain herself. Ultimately, Chase at N Broadway ST in Edgewater declined my check and wouldn't deposit it. They wasted my time. I had to drive 1 hr each way to pick up that check. Now I have to drive back again or what for it in the mail. We had to cancel the check and reprint a new one and do the process all over again. Go to the chase off of Lawrence if you have a small business. I never had any problems depositing big checks there. This branch even saw that I had a much bigger check deposited just recently from the same business, and they still put stamps all over it, declining the check as if this was a scam or not legit. I had the business on the phone on speaker telling Chase that it was in positive and they still we're telling her it wasn't. Avoid from going there they don't know what they're talking about. 1 star
