I had some questions and Louis the bank branch manager was so helpful and polite and patient with me I just want to say their customer service at this branch is the best I've seen I'm very grateful for all of you thank you Louis and your team!

Slow!slow!slow! The banker aka boss MAN luis takes buisness hours to train his employees bouncing from one banker to another while i sit in his office and wait? it took 3 hours and they still couldnt figure out how to deposit my retirement funds & roll over into an IRA it seems like they have never dealt with this in there branch before , i thought it would be a 123 thing but i ended up getting my retirement check deposited to my adress . And my dumb ass took it back to that branch thinking it was a 123 thing but only one person knew how to deposit that check into a IRA and they happen to be on lunch. So i took the time to do a balance transfer for a credit card and ran into a message stateing IT LOOKS LIKE THIS part of our site isnt working right now? The banker says it takes time to load give it till tonight then try again ? IT LATE NIGHT and nonthing ! so this is why im writing this post & i never write negative post but your branch push me to do this on my off day REALLY!!?

Great customer service. Because I am a veteran I got a premium checking account for FREE $$. I LOST MY CARD AND IT WAS PROMPTLY REPLACED.

I came in to a usual business deposit and it took 20 minutes for the deposit to be processed.
From the two years I’ve come, not once have I ever had an issue until there’s a new young man working, named Ray. Who is constantly distracted as he is counting the cash and entering it in the system, this was my second time attended by Mr.Ray. The first time I was attended by him, Mr.Ray was very polite and although the deposit was processed incorrectly, I was kind and understanding about it. Today, not when even a greeting from Mr.Ray, just a waived to the teller. As he was running the deposit for the 3rd time, seems like he was getting frustrated at the fact I mentioned it, and decided to call over Ms.Erica; whom indeed had a very unpleasant greeting as she was also having a rough day. Chase needs to thoroughly review who they hire, the young ladies who usually attend me not once gave me an issue.

I had a bad experience at chase too because of my race. The manager went so far to keep saying that I have bad credit. Like my credit is great he doesn't even know my credit score snd said I needed s smaller bank. Yeah credit Unions all the way. No more chase.

Branch does not open at 9am. They leave us forming a line outside to wait for them to open. Done banking with chase all together.

This 4-star rating is for Latisha but the actual 0 star rating is for Chase.This is for Latisha who is the manager there who represents chase well. She was diligent in helping me and working with me. She assisted me while many customers were there seeking assistance - and gave all customers the same service. Kudos to her. This reflects well in the community where this bank is located. However, what I needed help with couldn’t be resolved because she had to call Chase numbers for card services to troubleshoot my concern and was transferred 7 times to help me but was very calm and polite in assisting me. Shame on you Chase for such horrible customer service even with your employees calling in. I think the company is just too big for their own good that it’s detrimental to customer service at large.

Just wanted to send a great review out to the Manager Latisha @ the Chase Bank on Chicago Ave & Kedzie . She went above and beyond to be helpful when I came in having issues with access to my account . She contacted the department that could assist me after waiting on the phone over an hour and fouty-five minutes til the call was dropped . She followed up and called me to let me know the issue had been resolved . Just wanted to say thank you , I appreciate you for your help !
