Went in to buy 12 rolls of quarters. One roll contained 38 nickels ($1.90) instead of 40 quarters ($10.00). Two other rolls were each had 1 nickel in them. Some of the rolls had extra quarters. In total, I received $114.25 instead of the $120 I paid for— $2 of which is in nickels that I can't use for laundry. I don't understand how this could even happen at a national bank; I'm concerned for others who may not have noticed they were also being short-changed.
The branch was closed by the time I got home and checked, and I can't leave a message. They're closed for the holiday tomorrow, but I will update after I speak with them.

Thanks to looting in 2020 the only Chase in this marginalize area is now closed . With only two atms available in the lobby sometimes with 6 or 7 people waiting to use them. It's sad because the elderly and alot of others that happen to live here with no transportation relied on this branch. For the sake of safe drivers fix the dam parking lot and make it be for chase customers only.

very dissatisfied with this bank, very bad service, I went to open an account, I went to talk to Omar Diaz I felt humiliated, he kept talking quietly with the girls at the cashier and laughing at me, he is very poorly prepared, if I could give 0 stars for sure would be my note, I recommend to all friends to look for bank of America, you are well attended, he did everything not to open the account, I entered the bank of America website the next day and got an appointment and opened my account there.omar Diaz you are not better than anyone.

If this branch is temporarily closed then there should be some type of noticethat access to the ATM's are also closed to customers, if the branch is closed then that should not stop access to the lobby where ATM are located out the bank

They still close, no walk in, two banks near me and both close. Have to take long bus ride to another walk in bank.
