I have been trying to change my name on my accounts since I was recently married. Over the course of 5 weeks I made 4 trips to this branch, received 8 cards with the wrong name. I was told by the branch manager that my name could only be changed by corporate mailing me a form that she could have just printed at the branch. Insanely condescending tone, unhelpful answers and no resolution. After I received the form a week later it said I could upload the form and necessary documents on the app. I spent another 45+ minutes on hold with tech support and it was done.THIS BRANCH NEEDS A SERIOUS OVERHAUL. Branch manager should not be in a customer facing industry. Absolutely awful.

A failed bank And a failed manager They didn't open an account for me just because I'm from Syria, they deal in racism. I'm going to call them because they weren't nice to me and they treated in racism.

Please share this review with the entire Chase family. Company has more money than God and can’t afford to run decent branches anymore. Gotta drive 15 minutes out of my way for a deposit now with all the closed locations. Get here and only one working ATM and zero walk up options. Eight cars (and pedestrians) in line at 7:30am. Pitiful.

HORRIBLE bank! Do not put your money here, ESPECIALLY if you have a business. Sara Perez is the manger here and she is absolutely horrendous. She repeatedly lied about me not having enough money to cover a transaction as to explain why my account was negative. When we spoke with the chase customer service they told me that I was CORRECT! She still tried to explain how she was somehow right about what she was saying. She said she couldn’t reverse the fee so I had her close the account. Come to find out if they actually could reverse the fee smh. Just a horrible experience all around. I’d avoid chase at all costs. They’re money hungry and not supportive of their clients at ALL. This bank will post transactions in a way that literally causes you fees intentionally and then lie about it.

The card reader to enter the vestibule after hours is OFF ON PURPOSE. as they say "for security reasons". So how on earth can I deposit or withdraw cash if I work late? Drive though ATM is often off too, it's either no cash deposit available or you can't withdraw. What's the purpose of a lobby then, if you cannot come in after hours using your own card? Why don't other banks have this issue like BOA or wells Fargo or the rest of them. It's outrageous!

This is single handedly the best experience I have ever had with Chase - maybe even with any customer service in general! Everyone was so kind, but the branch manager Sara went OUT OF HER WAY and spent nearly an hour of her busy day with me making sure that all of my account issues were resolved before I left. Thank you so, so much, Sara!

This bank seems to be very racially prejudiced if you don't speak much Spanish. They cater only to Spanish speaking individuals. If you don't speak their language they make a face & show a real attitude. I hate this banch for that. I hope someone higher up at Chase sees this complaint!
