Has the branch manager not been watching the news and seen that the city is experiencing an endless armed crime spree, not only targeting individuals but banks as well? I'm leaving a review only because I was surprised to see that this branch had quite low reviews. I was visiting from out of town and stopped by this bank to make a simple transaction because it was closest to my hotel. The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful. Another man working while I was there also seemed kind and lovely. Very happy with the quality of staff I interacted with while I was there. Would definitely return!

Called to see if they had euros. Confirmed that they did over the phone. Made a specific trip to this branch only to arrive and have the one teller with euros out for lunch. Terrible branch

I love this location!I work next door, and every-time I come in they’re always super friendly and extremely informative!If I didn’t already have a credit card, they definitely would’ve reeled me in!Love these guys!

I accompanied my neighbor and friend Lilli last week to our Chase Bank at 875 North Michigan. We both have used this bank as our primary bank for 20-30 years. Lilli wanted to change the rate of her mortgage which is still 5%. Once the bank had contacted her to change the rate a few years ago and this was very helpful. There were about 10 bank officials present mostly doing nothing yet my friend was told that she needs to call New York to get this done!! This is ridiculous. She should be able to get this done at our bank!Rose Gomez MD

It is very disappointing that a place that already gives me so much anxiety goes above and beyond to give me even more. I disclosed this to Ryan and it went in one ear and out the other. I have worked in high end retail my whole life particularly with celebs and political figures yet the bank intimidates me !! Especially when I get shrugged off by a banker because I'm not important enough or he doesn't like gay people I mean who knows. All I know is if you want great customer service and a humanizing experience DO NOT go to Chase on Michigan Ave. As it stands I'm sure I'll be sitting here all day and they won't give me an account! Lol.

Extremely poor customer service. The branch manager could care less if you do business with the bank. I approached the bank twice. Once to exchange dollars for Euros. The branch manager declined my request even though I was a Chase Sapphire Card holder which costs me $450.00 per year. The second time I walked in and asked for a safe deposit box. At first he said they didn't have any and then he said we are pretty crowded downstairs. I asked if they did or did not have any. He said we have them but they are all taken. I asked if I could leave my name on a waiting list. He said he didn't know how to do that. I asked if he could talk to his manager and call me back. Needless to say, no call back after a week. I will never walk into this bank again.

Absolutely awful. I had a cash deposit with $6 worth of quarters. The teller, Rosalinda, would not take it. I'm annoyed because I could have just used the ATM, but instead waited in like for 5 minutes to deposit a few quarters. I'm incredibly annoyed about the situation and asked her why they can give out change but can't take a couple dollars in quarters. She said they have to be rolled. At this point, I'm beyond annoyed and just want the transaction to be completed. Afterwards, I call the 877 number for Chase. They tell me that it is at the branch discretion on whether they take change. But, what really got me most, is the teller put a "bad customer" remark on my account. So, I can't get annoyed? I didn't yell, I didn't curse, but I got a "bad customer" remark on my account? So, now whenever I have any interaction with a Chase employee, they will see that I have been marked as a "bad customer". Seriously?! This is the way I deserve to be treated? This branch is disgusting.
