The atm is almost always nonfunctional in some way. The tellers are good but that's about it. Most of the bankers can't be bothered to help anyone.Ver y frustrating.

I requested $100 USD into pesos- they ordered 100 pesos… that’s $2.85. I now have no pesos for my upcoming travel, and wasn’t refunded the exchange rate properly.

Insane to me that a bank location with a late night deposit box and ATMs are inaccessible after 7pm the “accessible” outside one is always broken and they just don’t seem to actually care about their customers.

Trash location, atm never works, the secured lobby doesn't work and the hours are even worse, whoever runs this location should be ashamed, I've never thought of changing banks more. (The only remotely close location to my house)

I needed yen for a trip to Japan. Was told they would be ready Monday (Easter Monday) before departure. I asked if they would be open and was assured they would be. I called today to check and could not get through. Now I find (through yelp, though not their website) that they are closed. Now they have my money and my yen and I'm off to Japan with nothing.

Went to this branch for the first time on 1/10/2023. ATM and one of the tellers were fine.My main business was to put a beneficiary on my bank account. The banker and her supervisor could not do it. They claimed my beneficary (a Catholic parish through the archdiocese of Chicago) was not in the "system" as a religious organization. When I argued, the supervisor said they would file a complaint for me.They needed to call someone to help them sort things out but they did not care. Both should be fired for gross incompetence and dereliction of duty.Don't patronize this branch. They don't care about you.

I haven't been to a bank in a while, so I asked the customer service agent how to get a few rolls of quarters. The whole situation was ridiculous. She misinformed me on a few things, then I was criticized for my mistakes, which I left feeling embarrassed by. I was told to go straight up to the open window just to be told I cut someone off. I went back in line and an elderly man that I didn't even see gave me a look of annoyance, even though he wasn't making any moves to the open window. So the woman finally calls him up, then when it comes to my turn, the security guard looks at me like I'm dumb and says that the woman at the window is ready for me, even though she was counting cash and briefly on the phone. So do I wait for the woman to call me up or do I just go right up to the window? Because both times I was made to believe they were wrong. Then the security guard proceeds to say, 'it's okay, we're all having a bad day'. No actually, I wasn't having a bad day until I came to this Chase location. Rude, misinformed workers here.. I'd advice going to a different location.

This location seems to have issues with the accessibility to the ATM machines. This is the second time I visited this location after the branch has been closed and have not been able to access the ATM to withdraw money. As the popularity of being a part of standard banking concepts becomes more popular and locations become fewer this is starting to really affect the convenience of carrying or withdrawing cash. If I continue to have issues with Chase ATMs and then I wonder what is the reason for staying with this bank and not moving on to another?

I have used this bank for the almost 2 years I have lived in lakeview. I have used them for domestic and international wiring, business banking and everyone who works there has always been so quick and helpful!

Randomly closes during normal banking hours. ATM has multiple times eaten my cash without reflecting deposited money in my account.
