What a great experience! Blanca to the rescue ^_^ The Kingsbury & North Ave location is great.
I tried moments before at a different location & was sent away. As I left the other branch a few block north of this location on Clybourn, I was shook that they didn’t want to make the time for me to open a business account. No one greeted me. No one smiled at me. No one looked at me. The bankers were not with other customers. The teller said they were all booked. One came in from a smoke break. Teller said he would check again. No dice. Ok, I’ll leave then.
THEN I came to this branch. What a difference! Smiling manager (starts with an E) was so kind to greet me & quickly I was with my banker. Blanca was fast & knowledgeable to get me all set up. In less than 30 minutes I had a checking & savings account ready to go. What a dream. Thank you again! You will be my new main branch for business & personal banking.

Security guard doesn’t want to do job so says atm isn’t open. Also only one drive thru works if at all. Spotty service waste of money and time

Being a long time chase account holder, the lead banker at this facility was absolutely rude and not willing to help. Just terrible customer service.

ATM lobby is closed (even with a card, card reader doesn’t work). Drive through ATM also broken! What a joke.

Who thought it was a good idea to close ATMs at 2 pm on Saturdays? Like I get closing the bank part, but the ATM closure is ridiculous

This is a really easy Chase bank to use. There is a parking lot and they have Saturday hours. Lesley was able to help us order Yen for our upcoming trip and helped us order replacement debit cards (ours are old/not fully functional) all in under 15 min. She was incredibly helpful and even gave us answers to other questions we may think of about travel.FYI, currency exchange for chase customers is free (with exception of 3% exchange rate) and you can pick up your money within a few days. You do have to visit a chase bank counter to do this.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Chase branch. Soliman and Desi are terrific, and take care of their customers with consummate professionalism. The lobby is spacious and clean, and there's generally parking available in their lot so it's a quick in and out every time I have to go here.

This bank does not have the ability to count coins for a deposit. They also can not give out coins because they don't have any due to a shortage. I think there an obvious solution to this problem. Also, no one answers the phone regardless of when I call or how often.

I had Steve Melvage try and refer me off to someone so they could sell me on a garbage "investment product" that Steve himself knew nothing about. I can't tell if this guy is a banker or a DJ.
