This is a really easy Chase bank to use. There is a parking lot and they have Saturday hours. Lesley was able to help us order Yen for our upcoming trip and helped us order replacement debit cards (ours are old/not fully functional) all in under 15 min. She was incredibly helpful and even gave us answers to other questions we may think of about travel.FYI, currency exchange for chase customers is free (with exception of 3% exchange rate) and you can pick up your money within a few days. You do have to visit a chase bank counter to do this.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this Chase branch. Soliman and Desi are terrific, and take care of their customers with consummate professionalism. The lobby is spacious and clean, and there's generally parking available in their lot so it's a quick in and out every time I have to go here.

This bank does not have the ability to count coins for a deposit. They also can not give out coins because they don't have any due to a shortage. I think there an obvious solution to this problem. Also, no one answers the phone regardless of when I call or how often.

I had Steve Melvage try and refer me off to someone so they could sell me on a garbage "investment product" that Steve himself knew nothing about. I can't tell if this guy is a banker or a DJ.

Beware .....Be very careful as chase is now charging a fee for DEPOSIT of a check that originates with another bank that they say they cannot find.....finally honored deposit on 2nd try but would not waive fee.

I was having a difficult time getting a Chase credit card approved over the phone as the credit bureau had old information on file for me, and Chase needed to verify my identity. I went to my local branch. Ellie met with me (unscheduled), and contacted Chase on my behalf to verify my identity. She spent considerable time on the phone with them, freeing me to go to an appointment. She called me to let me know that the card had been approved, and she checked up later to ensure that it arrived. Ellie was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Go directly to Michael C. These stars are for him only. He is incredibly knowledgeable, quick, very cool, speaks in layman’s terms, and will go WAY out of his way to make you feel special. It’s like you can breathe and relax because you can totally trust him.

Customer Service is not helpful and pompous, especially a woman named Anna. Not a fan of this branch.
