My mother has dementia and was being financially abuse. We notified Chase Bank, took her I.D., Bank Card, and social security card away from her. This Bank location allowed her to withdraw money, cash checks, and close accounts with her BUS CARD. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

That branch is ghetto .. The manager Lakecia is so rude and don’t like to work . Bring back the old staff and managers . I will never return to this branch and will be contacting Jamie Dimon .

I typically go to the branch on 87th and cottage but this branch is a few blocks from my house....HORRIBLE idea! Lamar is a nice guy but avoid his line at all cost. They had a business customer line a while back that was pretty fast however I've been at this window 37 minutes depositing maybe 27 checks and counting. This will be the third time he's running checks through machine. Totally disgusted.

ATMs: have used them from morning through mid-evening on every day of the week, generally once every 3 weeks or so, and never had any problem with any of them.Lobby services: very helpful when I've had routine business at the windows; line moves as fast as in any other bank, faster than someMeetings: must schedule in advance, supposedly using the Chase website but it DOES NOT INCLUDE THIS BANK with the "schedule a meeting" option for setting up new accounts (this issue has been reported to Chase IT); bankers have been thorough in addressing my needsStaff: cordial, helpful, prompt

PART 2CHASE BANK 67th Stoney Island, ChicagoAs my mom and I walked out the bank, I witnessed the security guard still leaving against the wall on her phone. This is the second negative experience that I’ve been subjected to at this branch. I still don’t understand why your employees don’t have wear name tags for customers to identify them when they have access to all of my personal information. Although the employees names are supposed to be on the receipts, it’s very frustrating to have to ask an employee their names especially since you don’t receive a receipt until the end of the transaction.I would strongly recommend that your employee “Raphael” is sent back to training considering he doesn’t know how to handle simple transactions and he sucks in regards to providing appropriate customer service. I look forward to someone following up with me in this regard. Thank you.

Have been to the bank two or three times. Each time I went through the drive thru there were multiple ATMs closed. The last time I was at the bank I had to go to 3 ATMs before I got to one that worked. I have received nothing but poor service at this branch. It is a shame that the bank is making money off of poor service. I wonder if things would change if this was in an affluent neighborhood on the North Side of Chicago? If you want to get my money, give me the service.
