They cancelled my credit card without telling me. Why? They flagged a purchase for possible fraud. I told them it was legit. They canceled it anyway without telling me. So I had to find out by having my card rejected at a restaurant.

Worst service ever, there is no -VE rating otherwise would have given that, because they are not even worth a Zero.I went here to notarize couple of my documents, notary first said will help but later said I wont notarize these, I explained its a straightforward process, I would sign and you have to put your stamp and signature saying it was signed by me, he said nope, I won’t be able to help.Went over to Chase tower couple of blocks east and got it notarized.Worst service…I would suggest Chase to explain their employees what exactly there duty is. If notary is not able to notarize the documents, what is he there for?

This Chase location is phenomenal. Kevin really listened to my problem and spent considerable time obtaining an answer. I highly recommend him.

It was a good experience visiting this Chase branch. Ariana was super helpful, and explained all the details properly.They do need a proper reception area. I walked in and there wasn't a reception or a receptionist, so I kept walking which is when one of the bankers got up and asked me if I needed help.

I don’t have a name of the bank, I don’t have advertisements, they go into the process, the construction site doesn’t indicate anything, it’s general lawlessness, I don’t advise you not to look for it at all.

I've never really thought about customer service when it comes to a bank. But if there was an award for it, this location would win. Everyone that works here is so attentive. From the minute you walk into the door you are greeted by an associate. Also, I feel like I never have to wait in line. Because the moment that a line does develop, out of nowhere an associate pops up next to me and asks me what I need and takes care of me right then and there, regardless if I made it to the teller or not. Its like the Chase Bank Genie! So do your money transactions here people!

My favorite location. The staffs there are very welcoming and friendly and are always available to help you. They're usually just walking around the room just in case you need help. The ATM machines are not next to each other. They're spread apart in the room that way we can have more privacy.

Last week, came in to get a financial advice/consult - this is a bank after all - been with them for 5+ years, never had any issues. Saw low rating at this location - didn't pay much to it, always had a great service at other locations, so how can this time be different. The banker that serviced us - definitely showed us with all their body language and speaking tone that he did not want to talk to us and that he was in a hurry, kept looking at his watch, but most of all, we specifically told him what areas we needed help with - he did the exact opposite - make things worse. NEVER AGAIN DOING BANKING AT THIS LOCATION!

Went in to set up checking account. Brought in promotion advertised on website, told me it wouldnt work because it didnt have a code on it. Rep I was dealing with seemed incompetent. Very nice greeter at the door and I'd hope other reps are better.
