Had a very important transaction for a closing which benefits Chase in many financial ways. With respect, highly recommending the teller (Angela) to receive additional training as the service provided was insistent upon the way the teller advised instead of listening to the customer needs which were very simplistic on this occasion. Very important to be in the moment with the customer, to listen and not increase hostility or repeat protocols that are not relevant to the transactions at hand. Chase, please offer Ms. Angela more training on interacting as a customer service rep. This special day (which is of high interest to Chase profits) was negatively impacted by lack of true customer service skills, both listening and responding accordingly, to a customer during an extremely important transaction.

Your vestibule hours should be accessible to your customers after 5pm. What is the point of having a national bank if I can’t deposit or withdraw after normal work hours without accruing ATM fees from independent ATMs? Might as well just keep my money at a local branch. Change this policy, it is beyond idiotic & hostile to your customers.

Don't use Chase for foreign currency exchanges!
When I exchanged Euro to US currency, the exchange rate was $1 Euro to $1.07 US, however when I did the exchange, they gave me an exchange rate of $1 Euro to .98 cents US
Unacceptable. Even though overall it's not a huge amount, the principal of this makes me want to change banks

Efficient and friendly staff. I had an appointment to see their advisor Trevor. He called and confirmed ahead of time. He met me in the waiting lounge right on time and took care of my needs right away. Highly recommended for your banking needs. Keep it up guys!

I went to chase bank on 04/04/2022 at or around 2:21pm. I entered the main lobby area and walked toward the teller station. I was confronted by a Chase employee who asked what I wanted. He purposely positioned himself to block me from the teller station. I told him that I would like to pay an overdraft fee. He told me that I could not. He did not even offer me an opportunity to wait to be helped. I then was confronted by a second Chase branch employee. He said his name is Jon. He said that I could not be helped. He never offered me the opportunity to wait for help. He never offered anything remotely close to appropriate, reasonably expected basic customer service; neither of them did. I believe they discriminated against me on the basis of race and prejudice. This was the second time I have been denied service at this bank. I went to the bank about 1-2 months earlier and was also denied service. This happened at the branch located at 550 W. Adams. No one should tolerate racial discrimination. If they have done this to you too or anyone you know file a complaint with federal Office of the Comptroller of Currency or the CFPB asap.

I went to the bank for assistance, and the banker told me I was better off calling the number on the back of the card myself. Who says that?! Isn't that your job? Then once I did call, the manager said she couldn't help me at all. I have several accounts with Chase and I will be removing them all. Absolutely asinine. DO NOT go here.

Worst customer service today by Lorena and Jordan. Counting the $$ the machine got jammed and now they blamed me i was short on my deposit not true I had to spend about 45 min because of course my money was right. Money end up there after they recount it. I didnt even get amy type of apology

Sometimes good tellers today bad experience i come to get change n the teller know i come often i don't get asked for id n this lady today made me walk back n hey my id just for change i think its ridicules n bad costumer service because if she know i come why can she do it this time instead of making me walk. She was having a bad day as she started the conversation. They need to enforce the checking id with all the tellers . i wish i had another chace bank close by
