awful ATM hours. what's the point of the card slot if it's not going to work after business hours?

The employees are helpful, but that is where the good part ends.
Their ATM dispensed a counterfeit $100 bill to me. I spent over 30 minutes in the branch while staff tried to figure it out, and I still have to take more time to now call and file a report and hope to get my money back.
Additionally, their ATM vestibule locks at 5 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on the weekend.
TL; DR? The ATM hours are inconvenient and they dispense FAKE MONEY.

Horrible that you can’t withdraw from ATM after 5pm and no weekends I don’t understand it’s downtown. I understand the bank but why the ATM 😡😡😡😡😡😡

New chase account holder. I can't believe I walked six blocks to find your ATM is closed at 5pm during the week and closed all of Saturday and Sunday. What a TRASH FI. I'm moving back to Citizens.

ATM after-hours access card reader door opener isn't working or never worked. Why having it at all if you disabled it on purpose or never fixed it?

Cannot access ATM after business hours even with a Chase card. Hours are hard to read on the door due to the tinted windows. Got screamed at my security after my card did not scan on the card reader outside the door, attempted to ask a question about the atm and he used profanities and slammed the door on us. Terrible service and experience
