I’m seeing it’s a story circulating about this branch where the employees or managers are stealing money from customers and trying not to return the funds. Customers money are federally insured and they need to stop stealing. If they can’t hopefully this story is shared everywhere and this whole branch should be shut down.

They stole someone’s life savings at this Chase Bank. It was definitely an inside job. Don’t trust your money here.

Just Saw a news story hundreds of people going to that ATM had thousands of dollars robbed from this Chase. Multiple police reports & nothing done. Don't use the ATM. Heck, take your money out of that location.

The attitudes of the employees here are truly disturbing. Yesterday I went to their ATM in a rush to withdraw money because I was on a 30 min lunch break, I requested $480 and the transaction went through on my end but the ATM did not disburse the money to me. I instantly went into panic mode rhe whole time there is a lady and a security guard watching me panic. I go inside the branch and I tell the lady what happened she has this I dont care attitude on her face already. She then goes to say well you have to contact your bank they will be the ones to give you the credit because we have service techs that come out and service the ATMS. Now here is the thing of thats the policy I understand but to have no remorse, no sympathy towards the ATM just basically not giving me money they debited is insane. Then when I express my concern of having to wait when I had things to do wirg the money that I dont care look came on her face again. I then asked to speak with a manager and I waited for 30 mins she comes out and instantly cuts me off before I can express my concern. Oh we cant just give you money because we see a transaction you have to contact your bank then they will contact us to give the credit to them for them to release. It was no sense of urgency or concern for someone who just gor played out of $480. I then noticed going out the door someone else was using it and their money was disbursed smh. This has been such a horrible experince because sith todays economy the bills do not stop so waiting days and weeks for my money sets me back and they just dont get it until it happens to them. I will NEVER visit this branch again in my life.

I went to get a document notarized and I had to get a jurat instead because she didn't trust the document because it was printed in single pages, and her tone was dry. That's fine, were in the hood, as long as the jurat gets the job done. What's not fine is that she had a pen for herself and one for customers(which she touched both anyway) and when I was going to give her pen back she just stood there as if she was waiting for me to set it down. I would have been okay with that if 1. She would of just asked. 2. She wasn't wearing some dirty gloves(I didn't notice this right away because who goes staring at people's hands for no reason). I don't know what protocols y'all following, but it ain't the CDC's. Just because you wear gloves, it don't make you sanitary. I didn't notice till I was handing the pen back that her gloves were very dirty. If you're gonna try to be germophobic, do it right, clean your hands, and switch gloves often. I had to sanitize my hands after that interaction. I would of thought a bank was a fairly clean place when it comes to keeping things clean under your control, but I guess not.

I walked in today. Charmetha helped me in a timely manner and she was very friendly and professional. I hope every Chase staff is like her

Extremely poor customer service! I recall there used to be a procedure for seeing a banker; today, no sign in form. A lady without a name tag or title asked me “Why I needed to see a Banker” in the middle of the lobby of the bank. Too casual and very unprofessional, I thought. I was not going to discuss my business in the lobby of the bank to someone who didn’t provide a name or title. The dialogue from the professional’s in the bank was condescending, disrespectful and discriminatory. A White lady asked me if I had an account ? She was the worst!
