This is terrible I've been sitting in the first drive up Lane for 38 minutes and counting the date is November the 4th 2022the time is 1:40 I pulled in here at 1:00 it was only one car behind me and this car been sitting here in this Lane for over 30 minutes other 4 cars has drove thru the other drive up & yet I'm still sitting here

This has to be one of the worst Chase branches i have ever experienced. The tellers are unfriendly and unprofessional to say the lest. To add insult to injury and the final straw , i recently had a deposit that came up $100 short and when the management checked , the bank had come up $40 short. . dont think i'll be doing business there

Had a very terrible experience out of the 10 years of being a member at this bank. Will not continue being a Chase member. They froze my account and check and I the staff here are extremely rude and ignorant. Will be banking with 5/3 bank as they do not have any membership fees which can really add up which are $12.90 a month. Chase bank institution the a fraud and are crooked and the staff there are just as worst. I wish no stars given is a option because this branch certainly dont deserve any.

Always a issue with the ATM machines, definitely try to avoid on Friday’s and Saturday unless you just have time to kill never really had to go inside so I can’t talk about how the customer service is
