Went to this place yesterday to deposit 1, 325 in the ATM that’s located INSIDE the bank right next to the tellers and the ATM came up with an error and told me to call a number to see if my money was deposited. It NEVER gave me a receipt. I went straight to the teller that was working right next to broken down ATM and told her what happened and to see if my money posted. It hadn’t post ANYTHING to my account. They told me I COULD WAIT TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CALL A NUMBER AND PUT IN A CLAIM. I told them I needed this resolved immediately. I sat and waited and waited until one of tellers name PHIL noticed me still sitting there and tried to help by pulling me in to an empty cubicle and dialed the “claim” number from a desk phone and told me I had to speak to that department I told him I needed a wipe to sanitize the phone he couldn’t find one so he then spoke to the claim department and they told him to tell me it’s going to be a 60 day investigation however, they were going to credit my account until then however, the credit can take up to 10 days but she appear in 24-48 hours! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! My money should be applied to my account as a credit the same day the ATM took my money and didn’t post it to my account!!!!

My friend and I were subjected to a racist situation. The employee, AMADi, was telling me that I could not open a bank account because I have a tvdl license. I told her that I had opened an account for my brother a week ago, but she insisted and told me that they changed the rules a week ago. Then she told me, “I will show you the rules.” Then she told me to go to another branch of Chase Bank.

The people in front were helpful but the workers in the cubicle were not as great. They were acting like they were on the phone and too busy to help. They seemed very dismissive. I would not have minded if they told me to wait and they would be right with me after the call. Instead they tried sending me to another cubicle where some one was supposed to be working in but was empty. Didn’t even try to help me a little. I got the feeling they didn’t want to service me. Left this establishment without getting serviced and definitely am disappointed in the quality of customer service. God bless them

Walk to the window for the teller to assist me but he was typing finishing up from the last customer I decided not to interrupt him once he looked up he said what's up like he was not even at work I thought the correct way is how many I help u very ride

Can you not use the atm after business hours? I feel like that defeat the purpose of having an atm separate if you can’t access the machines.

I love chatham chase bank . The Mgr Bre is the real deal. Everytime I have a problem with my account she takes her time to explain the issue and always soft spoken, sweet and caring. I will do more business with this branch besides direct deposit. They are really growing on me. I love it.

I never had any problems going to that chase bank you can expect a wait when you aren't the only one that one is located in a much populated area go early you got one at 83st west of that one right before Walmart plus on 95 the JefferySo you got three choices so what's the problem.
