I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the level of service I received at your CHASE bank recently. As a loyal customer for the past [20 YEARS], I expected nothing less than respectful treatment and professional assistance. However, my recent encounter at your branch was nothing short of a disheartening and frustrating experience.First and foremost, I felt discriminated against based on my appearance during my visit to the bank. The staff members seemed disinterested in assisting me, and it was evident from their behavior that they held some preconceived notions about me. I strongly believe that in a professional setting, everyone should be treated with equality and respect, regardless of their background or appearance.During the visit today , the agent I was speaking with displayed an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude by gesturing inappropriately. To my shock and dismay, the agent made a gesture with their finger, like when you call a dog, which was both offensive and demeaning. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and such behavior is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the level of service I received was unacceptably poor. The bank staff appeared untrained and ill-equipped to handle basic banking inquiries and transactions. Not only did they fail to provide clear and concise information, but they also exhibited an indifferent attitude towards resolving my concerns. I was left feeling abandoned and ignored throughout the entire process.I cannot stress enough the importance of maintaining a high standard of professionalism and conduct when representing your bank. The behavior of your agents reflects directly on your institution's reputation and credibility.By allowing such actions to go unchecked, you risk alienating and losing valuable customers.

04/01/23 - Third stop on our April Fools Day Tour Chase Bank. This is newish Chase @ 5831 N Milwaukee Ave that replaced the Chase Bank on the same site just to the north. There use to be a different Chase bank next to a ginormous parking lot (total waste of unused space). In its place just to the south on the same site they built a brand spanking new Chase Bank. The day we went it was packed w/people. This is a very nice new facility & one of the busiest branches I have ever been in. We went here to take care of business @ the third & final bank. Mission Accomplished

This place has been under construction for over a year and the parking lot is still not finished how long does it take to pave the parking lot entrance. Then there is the matter of service, they closed the 2 branches closes to this location. The 2 branches that closed that was a total of about 7 ATMs we lost in the area. This location went from 3 ATMs drive through to 1 walk up. We went from roughly 10 ATMs down to 1. Northwest of here you have to go all the way to Skokie or Park Ridge to find the closest Branch.

She name is Jessica. She so rude and bad service. Maybe she probably racially motivated. I will never go there again with this kind of service. So so rude.

Worst remodel! they built a new building with no drive at all, no drive up ATM. ONE atm in lobby. It's 10 pm on a Weekday and there was one guy ahead and 2 behind me! the slowest machine for transactions too

This is the best Chase bank in the area. Zosia and the teller who went to Orlando are the sweetest. Also really value the positive welcome from other team members. There are closer Chase banks yet I go out of my way to come here. Other branches can learn from this one. Only recommendation is to add back the forms for deposits to a kiosk instead of asking for them. Excellence can be found here.

I've found Chase's Bank to be outstanding in every way, ever since I decided to open a new account, which normally takes a long time and is difficult on some banks, all of which are based on experience, so I was hesitant to pull the trigger, but my friend told me that this is an excellent bank to deal with. However, I'm very pleased with the assistance provided by customer service at this location. I had many questions, which the customer service representative was able to address and answer with ease and patience to ensure I completely understood in order to make the best decisions. Not only the representative, but the entire staff, is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When there was an issue with my ATM, they quickly resolved it and provided personalized service. This is not a mega national bank with little or no regard for its customers, but rather a strong regional bank with a strong commitment to the communities it serves.

The team there is excellent. Every time I visit this location. The team is very helpful and welcoming. The staff has been pretty friendly, and I've had no issues at all. Every time I come in they always help me. If I need more then what they can help me with they get there lead teller or a banker. I usually come here once a week or two to get quarters for laundry, as well as get bills from the ATM. Everything works as you'd expect. Last time I was in the person that greeted me by name told me about the updated atm. They also showed me how to use it. So if you need help or just want a familiar face go to them. But I could not find their handicap button for the door. Highly unusual to me, it is not a deal breaker but it make life so much easier for so many. Other than that it was clean, the service was friendly, there did seem to be a line for bankers and tellers that lagged. Could probably use another employee to elevate back ups. Small note, but I also appreciate the pleasant interior decoration.

This is my local Chase. Usually, the customer service is great. The last few times I had to work with Natalia A. Bauer. Each time she is rude and hostile. This time, she also removed her face mask. We are in the middle of a global pandemic. More people are struggling now than during the Great Depression of the 1930's. It would be helpful to have tellers who follow health regulations and can at least be civil. I will be avoiding this Chase branch since my experiences with Natalia A. Bauer have been so egregious.
