How are y’all gonna change the door so we can’t open it but not fix the card scanner to open the damn door???? Now nobody can use the bank after hours? I come here everyday after hours now I have to drive out of my way because y’all spent money to replace the door and the scanner to open it doesn’t work! I’m calling corporate for some resolution because this is absolutely ridiculous. The scanner hasn’t worked for YEARS! it doesn’t work for my chase debit card OR my phone. It doesn’t work plain and simple and now nobody can access the atms

Sorry They were not open at time specified on door Sat. Aug. 3rd 2022. Inside the door had branch was closed in the corner where many didn't even see it.Then other patrons said maybe they will open at 9:30am. Whe it said on door 9AM. Seniors waiting and people not knowing what's going on. If u can put all info on the outside of the door on a big sign and also put it on your phone recording the the of any inconveniences to the customer that would be nice. We wasted money on Uber to get there. We could not wait and did not know if sign was correct. Best to try and call first I guess. If can open at 9AM 3 minutes before 9.

This location has to be the worst. The Branch Manager on duty 10/7 very unprofessional. The bank refuse to cash the check. I was told I need to have an account since the check was over $2,500. I asked the branch manager when was this policy implemented he indicated since he has been an employee. I explained to him I have an account with another bank and didn't need an account. This location needs new management or closed to protect the brand. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

They have ATM , But the dam doors stay locked. I have my Amazon item ? I can't get access in the dam ATM to get it. Now it might be shipped back .

FRAUD ! RUN! On July 5th, 2022 ,I opened up a BUSINESS checking account with “relationship” banker Katia Bueno . The next day July 6th, she added a man by the name of“Frank Romero” as a MONEY MOVER to my business checking account . Long story short the Branch Manager Eric .M Baker , says she made a “mistake”. There is no way! I asked for a detailed report of this “investigation” but Mr . Baker failed to produce it . So now IM launching an investigation! My information has been compromised , by a fraudulent banker! Run! Do not visit this location , if you bank here please check your account(s) !

This branch at 6940A S. Ashland is the worst bank I have ever been before, they are unorganized and biased agaunst people with visual impairments. I had two scheduled appointments and was never helped and Chase set the appointments. The first time I was told the only person who could help didn't work that particular day and we had to reschedule for for following Saturday the appointment was set for 11:00 am no one helped us we sat there until 12:30 and they had the audacity to ask if we wanted to reschedule again, heck no never with this branch ever. The bad thing we were never told why we were never seen or why we had to wait so long especially since the bank was empty when we entered the bank. Terrible don't waste your time here!!! I walked away with $2,000.00 in my pocket because nobody would help so I could deposit it, what good is a bank that can't even help blind people deposit their money. WORTHLESS!!!

There is a fee to walk in. A fee to look around and a fee to walk out. Debbie prude will make you pay. Ooh after standing on the side of her office for an half hour i was told to get in line. I agree they keep trash near the front door.

For some reason they always have only 1 teller. I come here for my job, if my store needs change or something and it’s always the same. It could be 9 am, 12pm, current here at 3:24pm and it’s 1 teller. It’s Friday, which is payday for so many and to have 1 teller is ridiculous. The security guard is very nice and pleasant though.
