I don't know where to start.... my elderly parent went in for assistance as she noticed some fishy transactions in her account. My Spanish speaking parent inquired is someone spoke Spanish for assistance a representative "Blanca" offered to assist. Started off by telling my parent that she should have read her paperwork when she opened the account and should know how the bank woks in a snarky voice. By the way my mom has banked with chase for over 30 years. Then the lady got flustered and told her I don't speak Spanish I can't assist you. You need to wait for that lady which then proceeded to point to Her colleague "Nathalie" and told my mother that she doesn't like to help people to be prepared. What does that mean? Look I can go on on how bad these ladies made my mother feel which is completely disappointing. Chase employees if you don't like your job please get another one or work on your customer service skills especially with the elderly. That is what you are getting paid for TO ASSIST. I hope that no one else gets this kind of treatment.CHASE DO BETTER!

Nathalie“As a frequent chase customer, I was very disappointed in my visit this time. The banker in office was being very unpleasant and disrespectful. I was trying to open an account and she continuously disregarded me as I was trying to explain. And after I explained to her she just found a w.e reason decline me to just get me out of there It seemed like she was disinclined of being at work which is not very professional under any circumstance. “

I came to open a checking account, they sent me from another branch to this one because it was always unoccupied and now I know whyThe person who was going to help us named Nathalie Magallanes has a bad attitude and she treated us very badlyThe way she treated us, we felt that she was racist because I think that if it were other people she would not have spoken to us like that

Luz a employee at this Chase bank went over the call of DUTY AND SERVICE she provided me with exceptional service when I was an turned away at the Peterson n Lincoln location who where rude and didn't help. if wanna bank and be provided. With excellent service go to this Bank branch.

I am not surprised this branch is rated as 2.8 stars . Service is terrible, spoke with 3 bankers at this location today, no one was able to help. Had to schedule another appointment at a different location because this guys are getting paid for wasting peoples time here not for helping customers .

Took my son and his piggy bank to start an account for him. I was denied this privilege that has been a staple in America for generations. I'm guessing the teaching of proper financial responsibility, and personal banking is no longer welcomed at jp Morgan and chase.

Chase has allowed someone to Withdraw money from my accounts without an ID or any credentials they called me and notified me that they believe there might have been someone trying to breech my account. I went and canceled my debit card over the phone. Then I proceeded to go to the bank to go and withdraw my funds to clear out my account which has been compromised. They did not allow me to withdraw my account because I did not have my debit card it did not help me order a debit card they had me leave the location and order a new debit card and come back in three days after I came back my Account was breached again someone has sold more money out of my account by going into a bank without any credentials but when I went into the bank with my credentials I could not get any money. I told them I wanted to clear out the account and they told me I needed to make an appointment and another three days from then. I called customer service and they told me my account was breached and they had to lock my account because an employee of theirs gave someone in a different state hundreds of dollars without any consent or permission and because of this I have now been locked out of my Chase account when I have over $20,000 in it and I cannot even buy food for my family my mother is handicap my mother is on medication and I cannot support my family due to the negligence of Chase we have been dealing with this for over two weeks and they have no answers for us between two accounts which my mom‘s account is linked to mine we have over $40,000 and we cannot touch any of our money it is the most sad and pathetic story of a family who can barely sustain life for 2 weeks. Please help!!!! @chasebank

Miguel angel should not work in that chase bank . I always go their and today he had to make a dum ignorant comment i have not seen him before so he must be new. I didn't over react or none of that I rather just write a review And let other customers know about him
