Not professional banker. I went there to get some forms stamped, and he refused to do it because was not done in front of him, so I told him I would go home and printed another copy. When I came back he was gone, at 4:45, didn’t tell me that he was leaving had to wait another day to get it done at another branch.

The manger lady didn’t care about why I wanted to cash my check. I told her Bank of America doesn’t work like them, she said we’re more preservative! 🤣

Victim of check washing over a year ago, clearly proved fraud which Chase admits but they flat out refuse to honor their account holder agreement and refund my money. Taking my business elsewhere.

Debit card wouldn’t open door and they only have one drive through ATM

Went over to use the ATM my debit card wouldn't grant me access so I called my husband to bring his debit card thinking it was just mine and his didn't work either! What a waste of time! Why do you only have one Drive thru ATM?

I been getting service at this location last 5-6 years,but today 10/29/22 I got horrible experience. First cashier was unprofessional,don’t know simple things,then I requested to talk to manager on duty! First I explained to her what I need ,except helping right away start protecting cashier,then she THREATENED me to close my BANK account. Her name is Kathy Osterling . Hopefully someone from customer service will take an action.

I went in to open a joint bank account with my mother. No one other customers were there but we were told to leave and come back later. Will not be coming back and did not feel welcome there.

Their ATMs give out 5 dollar bills!!! No more awkwardness asking for change at an all-cash barbershop anymore. Happy tears
