Horrible customer service. It's obvious to me there stereotyping people.. ur opinion means nothing if a customer says they want something banky done then do it. Don't play with words to trip people up then tell them over a technicaldly NO WE WONT DO THAT

I went there to report my lost debit card. Young girl at the window never reported it. I was waiting for 3 weeks for my new card. When I called assistance I found out it was never reported. Seriously?

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received when I stopped by this Chase a month ago. I was doing a change of address at the Secretary of State facility across the street and one of the forms I brought didn't work, so they recommended I go to my bank to get a different form of ID.Yetsira partnered with me to find a solution and was able to get me exactly what I needed. She was also SO understanding, nice, and patient with me when I was all stressed about not having the right paperwork. She went above and beyond and I would make a point to go back to this Chase because of the service I received from her. Reading some of the other reviews it’s clear not everyone had my experience, but based on Yetsira’s support it was a 5-star experience for me, hands down.

Worst service I've ever seen I ordered a box of half dollars told me they'd be in in a week then find out they didn't order it cuz they don't have the room if that isn't a dumbest thing I ever heard of my life so go to another Outlet if you want to save time

I’ve been in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. I called the bank but got call center. Explained only 2 cars in front of me. He tried to call bank but they were not answering. This branch has given the worst experience ever. 0 stars if I could give. Just horrible. Still waiting……

Queria hacer una cuenta de ahorros, la persona que me atendió fue grosero y rudo, fui a esta dirección por que vi los comentarios de otro banco, y su comentario fue el siguiente. NO HAGA COSA DE ESOS COMENTARIOSy ahora entiendo porque lo dijo, ese banco tiene un pésimo servicio

Unfortunately this branch is the closest one to my business and it is absolutely terrible! I’ve waited both inside and outside in lines that most efficient bankers would make short work of, but this branch is by no means efficient! Whether it be for the notary who never seems to be in/available, the terrible customer service, the lack of care by its employees AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS. The 10 min drive to a much better branch has proven time and time again smarter as opposed to going to this one two blocks from my business!
