not sure what’s up with the bad reviews. been here several times and always found the staff to be kind and helpful, even when dealing with a large number of customers at a time. i recently had some more unique financial business i needed help with and everyone i worked with was welcoming and eager to help. i really enjoyed talking to the staff members i dealt with and felt like they really care about connecting their customers with the help they need

This has to be one of the worst banks in the world. Seriously contemplating switching today. Open 9-5 with your staff showing up at 830 is wild. Happened to be in ATM area when a girl was being let it and she basically profiled me and treated me as if I was going to rob the place, when I asked for someone I needed help with.
I get there are security measures but damn, come to work earlier or have a separate entry. Why do business with a bank whose employees can’t have comfortable face to face interactions with the communities they serve?

horrible customer service the manager is arrogant and they are racist they refuse to speak Spanish with the customer and deny services that other branches do with a very bad attitude They do not have a single customer and they send you to the ATM for being on the cell phone there are transactions that cannot be processed They can do it online, logically, that's why you go in person.

I was cashing my check as ALWAYS AND LADY ASKED ME TO DO IT BY ATM SO SHE CAN WITHDRAW IT FOR ME AND I COULDNT GET MY MONEY IT DELAYED FOR A DAY I REALLY NEEDED THE MONEY SHE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A FREAKING ANYTHING THIS IS DISGUSTING

Absolutely positively without question THE WORST BANK on the North American continent. If you have a Chase account, do NOT go to this branch! If you’re considering opening a Chase account… DON’T! Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered! Banks should be fighting to earn your business, not the other way about. I get that a multinational corporation as large as Chase Bank cannot be expected to behave the same as the “mom & pop shops” of days long gone, but a local branch can. And should! THIS branch, however — it’s a complete disaster. They treat people like garbage and walk round in dirty, wrinkled clothes, ridiculous makeup, and they’ve the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. They’re barely literate, impolite, racist and utterly inept. Put simply: it’s a clown house. Don’t do it!

I want to congratulate Diana Contreras, she helped me, I requested a debit card, she explained to me step by step, she was very kind, I gave her a 10... Previously, she went to another chase, the one that is north, the boy who helped me was of bad character and I couldn't get my card.

Walked into the branch the CSR/Teller there looked like I was bother to her. Young Girl with gauges and wears a facemask. Teller on the far left side by the doors. Horrible experience. I made a 20k deposit of new money into my checking account she didn't acknowledge me, no customer service skills, didn't say my name, didn't communicate, I had to iníciate the conversation, I asked about credit card products and CD products and just her tone, her response, and body language said a lot about her work ethic and her drive. I would recommend replacing her or retraining her. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location.
