Absolutely positively without question THE WORST BANK on the North American continent. If you have a Chase account, do NOT go to this branch! If you’re considering opening a Chase account… DON’T! Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered! Banks should be fighting to earn your business, not the other way about. I get that a multinational corporation as large as Chase Bank cannot be expected to behave the same as the “mom & pop shops” of days long gone, but a local branch can. And should! THIS branch, however — it’s a complete disaster. They treat people like garbage and walk round in dirty, wrinkled clothes, ridiculous makeup, and they’ve the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. They’re barely literate, impolite, racist and utterly inept. Put simply: it’s a clown house. Don’t do it!

Walked into the branch the CSR/Teller there looked like I was bother to her. Young Girl with gauges and wears a facemask. Teller on the far left side by the doors. Horrible experience. I made a 20k deposit of new money into my checking account she didn't acknowledge me, no customer service skills, didn't say my name, didn't communicate, I had to iníciate the conversation, I asked about credit card products and CD products and just her tone, her response, and body language said a lot about her work ethic and her drive. I would recommend replacing her or retraining her. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this location.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY UNPROFESSIONAL CHASE BANK AND GO TO CITIBANK ON MILWAUKEE AVE This branch is THE WORST & has the most UNPROFESSIONAL employees EVER. I had an appointment with EDWIN C. To open up a new account (w/payee). 1. I arrived early - it took 2 employees to figure out that Edwin had left the building (probably for lunch). 2. I didn't receive a cancellation/reschedule alert through email. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the manager blamed me for not having a number on file to call. I told the manager that I made my appointment through the chase app and it only asked for an email address (mind you, I have a chase account and have been a loyal chase member for over 10 years). And I had also taken time off work for this appointment. 3. The manager reluctantly said she could review my documents to see if I had the right ones (which I already knew was correct) and said she wasn't able to create a new chase account (w/payee). How is it possible for there only to be 1 person in the entire branch that can do that AND NOT HAVE SOMEONE COVER YOU? 4. She made 1 call to another branch to reschedule at a new location but honestly it looked like she wasn't even trying that hard and was very slow (Again - she was just wasting my time since couldn't do anything official). 5. I called CITIBANK In less than 5 min and was able to get a SAME DAY appointment and an account that was approved in less than 24hrs (with payee) - which the chase manager said it would take CHASE TWO WEEKS! Ha what a joke. Edit: 6. I FINALLY received a call EDWIN from chase that sets up accounts (w/payee) THE NEXT DAY to ask to reschedule (so the manager was LYING when she said I didn't have a # on file). Don't waste your time on this branch

Literally the worse service ever. They'll see you stand and wait in line and then tell you you can't see a banker. Went back a couple times to ask someone at the window something but said I need to "speak to a banker" and told me to come back. Well I come back like 2 times and then I'm told the banker has been booked so wasn't sure why I was told to come back. Then they tell me to book online. I asked the window person that I was going in circles with them so why are they putting me through that instead of helping with a solution? She said "I don't know to be honest". Then she just stares at me very awkward. Mind you, she did not even bother to check anything for any cancellation or to see if ANY OTHER banker was ever available. Just blaming everything on COVID but you just get that vibe when they're like "you just can't be seen go figure something out" type of vibe. This place is a joke.

Horrible management, how do you only have 1 person working? Literally left this location with cash in hand because they have 1 teller and 25 people in line with no manager in sight. Sad how you can put your employees in such a dangerous position during this time of instability, imagine if something was to happen? She's all alone and the manager is lost somewhere on his phone. I can't imagine how stressed the young lady must have been handling all those customers. Its a shame to have a company as big as Chase be short staff with horrible time and schedule management. Not only does it put employees at risk but it wasteful of customers time.

Edwin Contreras was amazing and I could tell he has been banking for a long time. His costumer service was effective and efficient. He made conversation that made me feel comfortable. He answered all questions and was responsive the entire time. I highly recommend this branch because my experience and my sisters experience with him was great!! I hope everyone gets an experience like this one.
