Been going here for a few years now( LOYAL CUSTOMER), and I like the place until 6 weeks ago. NO HOT WATER.... I wash my whites in HOT not COLD WATER. And I mentioned it to the dark skinned female attendant, she was VERY unprofessional about the situation. Not to go into details, BUT I'll probably start going back if they get some HOT WATER ....

I use the wash and fold service often. I have been satisfied each time and I’ve used her service probably 6 times or more now. No items have gone missing, almost every stain come out, the clothes are always neatly folded and it’s done in a timely manner!

Horrible washers. They don't soap up at all. And they wash for 8 minutes and rinse for 15. Im writing this review for three people. Horrible washers. Too expensive to not soap up. You shouldn't have to put 3 capfuls of detergent in your load just to see soap.

The place is run down, broken machines, dirty and filthy. Try get new card to wash because I was new at this place and machine don’t work. This place needs be updated plus machines as well. They need some renovations

I will never come back here again I. Going to sue by cottage grove. I put my clothes in 3 machines 2 wasn't working I asked the lady if she could handle the problem..so she tells me I have to wait until she does he paperwork before she can start my load, meanwhile my other load is washing..fast forward 10 min in still waiting on the lady to bring my card back. Amd 10 nin left on the one load that started. How come she just couldn't get my load started and then go to finish her paperwork...people like their loads sincranized

If you don't want to be treated like a common thief I suggest you take your dirty laundry business elsewhere. I get treated better at the laundry mats in the Hispanic or white neighborhoods. It's a shame can't even wash your clothes in peace with being discriminated against by your own race. I'll drive a little further away for good customer service.

Some of these reviews are lies. The machines need to be upgraded. There are about 4-6 washers that shake and leak water.
